Customers stand a chance to win a share of R30 000 in prizes, cash, or betting vouchers in the 2024 Abu Dhabi Grand Prix Online Competition.
How To Enter
Customers must bet a minimum of R20 or more on the Abu Dhabi Grand Prix to stand a chance to win their share of R30 000 in prizes, cash or betting vouchers, log in at www.hollywoodbets.net and select opt in on the promotions page to enter.
1. Contestants must be over the age of 18 to participate in the promotion.
2. Competition starts on 4 December 2024.
3. Competitions ends on 8 December 2024.
4. The prizes will be broken down as follows:
• Draw 1: 9 December 2024
X1 Puma x Formula One Rugby Polo men’s shirt each – 10 winners
X1 R5 000 cash each – 1 winner
X1 R3 000 cash each – 1 winner
X1 R2 000 cash each – 1 winner
• Draw 2: 13 December 2024
X10 R500 betting voucher each – 10 winners
Total: 23 Winners
5. To qualify for a share of R30 000 in prizes, cash or betting vouchers, account holders must simply bet R20 or more on the Abu Dhabi Grand Prix.
6. Winners will be selected randomly as per above draw dates from all valid and correct entries during the campaign period.
7. The winners will be announced on 9 December and 13 December 2024.
8. Only bets taken/placed after the promotion start date (4 December 2024) and before the promotion end date (8 December 2024 at 14:59pm) will be considered.
9. There will be two (2) draws to select competition winners.
10. All twenty-three (23) winners will be selected per above draws. Ten winners will receive 1 Puma x Formula One Rugby Polo men’s shirt each. There will be one winner selected to receive the R5 000, R3 000 and R2 000 cash prizes, respectively. Ten winners will receive a R500 betting voucher each.
11. Once each winning entrant’s name has been selected in a draw, it will be withdrawn from the promotion and cannot be re-selected. A person may not win more than one prize for the duration of the campaign.
12. The draws to select winners will be conducted by one of the Hollywoodbets Team Support Office Team Members and will be supervised by an Internal Auditor.
13. The Puma x Formula One Rugby Polo men’s shirt prizes will be delivered to the winner’s nearest Hollywoodbets branch following telephonic or email confirmation.
14. The cash prizes will be deposited directly into the winner’s Hollywoodbets accounts (where applicable), and they may be withdrawn.
15. The betting vouchers will be deposited directly into the winner’s Hollywoodbets accounts (where applicable), and they may not be withdrawn.
16. Betting Vouchers must be turned (staked) once at odds of 5 / 10 (0.5 decimal) or greater, before withdrawing.
17. Crediting of winner’s accounts will take between 7–14 working days following internal auditing and approvals for such.
18. Winners will be notified telephonically, via Direct Push notification or SMS by a Hollywoodbets Team Support Office Team Member and will be supervised by an Internal Auditor.
19. Winners of amounts of R5 000 or more will be notified telephonically by a Hollywoodbets representative, with supervision of an internal Hollywoodbets auditor within 48 hours after winning.
20. Prizes are non-transferable.
21. By entering the competition, participants agree:
a. that Hollywoodbets may collect and process their personal information for the purposes of the competition,
b. to receiving communication from Hollywoodbets’ sponsors and partners,
c. to take part in reasonable post-event publicity and to the use of their name/s and photographs in such publicity, subject to the winner’s right to decline participation in any such promotional activities.
22. Hollywoodbets and its authorised agents reserve the right to vary, suspend, postpone, or terminate the competition and any prizes which have not already been won, or any aspect thereof, for any reasons whatsoever and without notice. In such event, entrants hereby waive any rights or expectations, which they may have against Hollywoodbets or its authorised agents and acknowledge that they will not have any recourse or claim of any nature against Hollywoodbets or its authorised agents.
23. Every entrant participating in the competition shall be deemed to have acknowledged and accepted these terms and conditions by virtue of their participation.
24. This competition is closed to any persons who are directors, members, partners, employees, agents, or consultants of Hollywoodbets or any other person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by Hollywoodbets or marketing service providers, or spouses, life partners, business partners or immediate family members of all the above.
25. By entering and participating and/or accepting any prize, the entrants, participants, users and/or winners hereby indemnify, release and hold harmless Hollywoodbets (including its subsidiaries, associate companies and affiliates), its directors, employees, agents, suppliers and contractors from and against any actions, claims and/or liability for injury, loss, damage, expense, claim and/or damages of any kind resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from participation in the competition, and/or the use, acceptance or possession of a prize, and/or participation (or non-participation) in a prize-related activity.
26. Self-excluded persons may not enter the competition.
27. In the event of a dispute, individuals should consult the company’s general terms and conditions paragraph 2.19, entitled Dispute Resolution.
