5 Days of Giveaways Gold Challenge Social Competition – Terms and Conditions

Customers stand a chance to win a share of R2 500 in Betting Vouchers, when they take part in our 5 Days of Giveaways Gold Challenge Social Competition. 

1. The competition runs between 06 – 10 June 2022.
   
   
2. The prize consists of a share of R2 500 in Betting Vouchers.
   
   
3. Participants must be over the age of 18 years to participate in the competition.

4. A customer can enter the competition by answering the daily question in the comments section of the original competition post, on our Hollywoodbets social pages; Instagram and Twitter.

5. This competition is only available to customers that have an account with Hollywoodbets.
   
   
6. Five winners will be randomly selected each day via a draw from all valid entries, which will take place at the Hollywoodbets Team Support Office, supervised by an Internal Auditor from 06 June – 10 June 2022. The prize for each day is as follows:

• Day 1: 5x R100 Betting Vouchers
• Day 2: 5x R100 Betting Vouchers
• Day 3: 5x R100 Betting Vouchers
• Day 4: 5x R100 Betting Vouchers
• Day 5: 5x R100 Betting Vouchers
  
  

7. These vouchers will be deposited directly into the winners Hollywoodbets account.
   
   
8. The times of each draw will be as follows:

• Day 1 draw: 06 June 2022, 15:30
• Day 2 draw: 07 June 2022, 15:30
• Day 3 draw: 08 June 2022, 15:30
• Day 4 draw: 09 June 2022, 15:30
• Day 5 draw: 10 June 2022, 13:30
  
  

9. These vouchers must be turned over once at odds of 5/10 (0.5) or greater before withdrawing.
   
   
10. A person may not win more than one prize for the duration of the competition.
    
    
11. By entering your comment, you agree:

• To grant Hollywoodbets the non-exclusive right to publish, feature, reproduce and use it for any purpose at any time in any of its publications, websites and associated media outlets, in existence now or later
• That Hollywoodbets may collect and process your personal information for the purposes of the competition; and
• To receiving communication from Hollywoodbets’ sponsors and partners.
  
  

12. The winners will be selected randomly via a draw from all valid entries.
    
    
13. Hollywoodbets’ decision regarding the winners is final and no correspondence related to the entry will be considered.
    
    
14. Hollywoodbets reserves the right not to award prizes should irregular activities be noted.
    
    
15. The winners will be notified by either Twitter Direct Message or Instagram Direct Message.
    
    
16. The winners agree to take part in reasonable post-event publicity and to the use of their names and photographs in such publicity, subject to the winner’s right to decline participation in any such promotional activities.
    
    
17. Hollywoodbets and its authorized agents reserve the right to vary, suspend, postpone or terminate the Competition and any prizes which have not already been won, or any aspect thereof, for any reasons whatsoever and without notice. In such event, you hereby waive any rights or expectations, which you may have against Hollywoodbets or its authorized agents and acknowledge that you will not have any recourse or claim of any nature against Hollywoodbets or its authorized agents.
    
    
18. Every entrant participating in the Competition shall be deemed to have acknowledged and accepted these terms and conditions by virtue of their participation.
    
    
19. This Competition is closed to any persons who are directors, members, partners, employees, agents or consultants of Hollywoodbets or any other person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by Hollywoodbets or marketing service providers, or spouses, life partners, business partners or immediate family members of all of the above.
    
    
20. By entering and participating and/or accepting any prize, the entrants, participants, users and/or winners hereby indemnify, release and hold harmless Hollywoodbets (including its subsidiaries, associate companies and affiliates), its directors, employees, agents, suppliers and contractors from and against any actions, claims and/or liability for injury, loss, damage, expense, claim and/or damages of any kind resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from participation in the Competition, and/or the use, acceptance or possession of a prize, and/or participation (or non-participation) in a prize-related activity.
