1. The competition runs between 15 November 2018 00:00 – 15 January 2020 23:59.
2. Cut off time for SMS entries is 23h59 on the 15 January 2020.
3. Contestants must be over the age of 18 to participate in the competition and have a valid Hollywoodbets account.
4. Top Up Vouchers must be purchased and redeemed between 15 November 2019 00:00 – 15 January 2020 23:59.
5. Top Up Vouchers can only be used once i.e. one SMS entry will be valid for every R50 or more Holly Top Up Voucher purchased.
6. In order for the entry to be counted as a valid SMS entry, the contestant must have purchased a Holly Top Up Voucher from a participating Builders store to the value of R50 or more and redeem it into their Hollywoodbets account.
7. Entries are not limited; all entries that are not drawn will be carried forward to the next draw.
8. The winner will be selected randomly via a draw from all valid entries.
9. Winners are limited to one prize only throughout the competition the prizes include 1 of 2 home renovations to the value of R10 000 each.
10. Hollywoobdtes will be fully managing the winner’s prizes and will not be responsible for wear and tear over time.
11. One winner will be announced on the 15 December 2019 & 16 January 2020.
12. The prize is non-transferrable.
13. By entering the competition, you agree:
a. that Hollywoodbets may collect and process your personal information for the purposes of the competition; and
b. to receiving communication from Hollywoodbets’ sponsors and partners.
14. The winners agree to take part in reasonable post-event publicity and to the use of their names and photographs in such publicity, subject to the winner’s right to decline participation in any such promotional activities.

Hollywoodbets and its authorised agents reserve the right to vary, suspend, postpone or terminate the competition and any prizes which have not already been won, or any aspect thereof, for any reasons whatsoever and without notice. In such event, you hereby waive any rights or expectations, which you may have against Hollywoodbets or its authorised agents and acknowledge that you will not have any recourse or claim of any nature against Hollywoodbets or its authorised agents.
16. Every entrant participating in the competition shall be deemed to have acknowledged and accepted these terms and conditions by virtue of their participation.

This competition is closed to any persons who are directors, members, partners, employees, agents or consultants of Hollywoodbets or any other person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by Hollywoodbets or marketing service providers, or spouses, life partners, business partners or immediate family members of all of the above.

By entering and participating and/or accepting any prize, the entrants, participants, users and/or winners hereby indemnify, release and hold harmless Hollywoodbets (including its subsidiaries, associate companies and affiliates), its directors, employees, agents, suppliers and contractors from and against any actions, claims and/or liability for injury, loss, damage, expense, claim and/or damages of any kind resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from participation in the competition, and/or the use, acceptance or possession of a prize, and/or participation (or non-participation) in a prize-related activity.
