Cape Town MET VIP Experience
Valid from 12 -26 January 2023
Customers stand a chance to win a VIP experience for two to attend the Cape Town MET (all-expense paid for trip for two).
To enter, customers need to purchase a 1Voucher valued at R100 or more, redeem it into their Hollywoodbets account, visit www.hollywoodbets.mobi and opt in once on the promotions page.
1. The competition runs from 12-26 January 2023.
2. Competition ends 26 January 2022, 12:00pm
3. Contestants must be over the age of 18 to participate in the competition and have a valid Hollywoodbets account.
4. Top Up Vouchers must be purchased between 12-26 January 2023
5. Every Top Up Voucher counts as one entry into the competition and each voucher can only be used once.
6. Entries are not limited.
7. The prize includes one trip, with a partner, to Cape Town.
8. The prize includes travel, accommodation, make up and allowances to pay for food, and Uber. Anything above this would be a cost for the winners own account.
9. Once dates for local holiday have been telephonically confirmed with winner, they are final. No amendments will be made to these dates
10. The holiday prizes must be redeemed for the MET as intended and cannot be exchanged for cash
11. The holiday prizes are non-transferrable for cash.
12. The winner will be selected randomly via a draw from all valid entries.
13. The winner will be notified via phone call by a Hollywoodbets Team Support Office team member and will supervised by an internal auditor.
14. The winner will need to provide us with an activated Hollywoodbets cell phone number and address to claim the prize.
15. The winner will be announced on the 26 January 2023 at 14:00pm
16. FLASH and Hollywoodbets’ decision regarding the winners is final and no correspondence related to the entry will be considered.
17. By entering the competition, you agree:
a. that FLASH and Hollywoodbets may collect and process your personal information for the purposes of the competition,
b. to receiving communication from Hollywoodbets’ sponsors and partners,
c. to take part in reasonable post-event publicity and to the use of your name/s and photographs in such publicity, subject to the winner’s right to decline participation in any such promotional activities.
18. FLASH and Hollywoodbets and its authorised agents reserve the right to vary, suspend, postpone or terminate the competition and any prizes which have not already been won, or any aspect thereof, for any reasons whatsoever and without notice. In such event, you hereby waive any rights or expectations, which you may have against Hollywoodbets or its authorised agents and acknowledge that you will not have any recourse or claim of any nature against Hollywoodbets or its authorised agents.
19. Every entrant participating in the competition shall be deemed to have acknowledged and accepted these terms and conditions by virtue of their participation.
20. This competition is closed to any persons who are directors, members, partners, employees, agents or consultants of FLASH and Hollywoodbets or any other person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by Hollywoodbets or marketing service providers, or spouses, life partners, business partners or immediate family members of all of the above.
21. By entering and participating and/or accepting any prize, the entrants, participants, users and/or winners hereby indemnify, release and hold harmless Hollywoodbets (including its subsidiaries, associate companies and affiliates), its directors, employees, agents, suppliers and contractors from and against any actions, claims and/or liability for injury, loss, damage, expense, claim and/or damages of any kind resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from participation in the competition, and/or the use, acceptance or possession of a prize, and/or participation (or non-participation) in a prize-related activity.
