Daily Wins with OWNPAY Competition

24 June – 3 July 2022

1. The Daily Wins with OWNPAY competition runs from 24 June 2022 – 3 July 2022.
   
   
2. To enter, OWNPAY customers must make a deposit with a minimum value of R100 into their Hollywoodbets online account using the OWNPAY platform during the promotional period (“qualifying deposit”).
   
   
3. Six winners will be selected daily during the promotional period to win a share of R30 000 in cash. In total, there will be 60 prizes to be won over the 10 days of the promotional period.

4. The prizes will be deposited directly into the winners’ Hollywoodbets account. The prize can be used as betting vouchers to take bets or can be withdrawn.

5. The winners will be selected randomly via a draw from all qualifying deposits made during the promotional period.
   
   
6. The draws will take place daily from 25 June – 4 July 2022.

7. Entries are not limited. An unlimited number of deposits, with a minimum value of R100 each can be made during the promotional period in order to qualify for a prize.

8. A person may not win more than one prize during the promotional period.
   
   
9. The winners will be notified via SMS on each day of the draw.
   
   
10. Contestants must be over the age of 18 years to participate in the competition.
    
    
11. The competition is valid for all Hollywoodbets customers who hold an online betting account.
    
    
12. There are no entry fees to participate in this competition.
    
    
13. By entering the competition, you agree:
    1. that Hollywoodbets may collect and process your personal information for the purposes of the Competition, Hollywoodbets Privacy Notice can be found here – https://www.hollywoodbets.net/StoredPage.aspx?page=Privacy; and
    2. to receiving communication from Hollywoodbets sponsors and partners.
       
       
14. It is the responsibility of the contestant to ensure that their deposit is received by OWNPAY prior to the end of the promotional period. Any deposits that are not received during the promotional period will not be considered a qualifying deposit.

15. The prize is not transferable, and they may not be changed or exchanged in any part.
    
    
16. OWNPAY will provide Hollywoodbets with the selected winner’s transaction ID. Hollywoodbets will then retrieve the winner’s contact details associated with the transaction ID in order to inform the individual of their winnings.

17. Hollywoodbets and OWNPAY reserve the right not to award prizes should irregular activities be noted.
    
    
18. The winners agree to take part in reasonable post-event publicity and to the use of their name and photographs in such publicity, subject to the winner’s right to decline participation in any such promotional activities.
    
    
19. Hollywoodbets, OWNPAY and its authorised agents reserve the right to vary, suspend, postpone or terminate the Competition and any prizes which have not already been won, or any aspect thereof, for any reasons whatsoever and without notice. In such event, you hereby waive any rights or expectations, which you may have against Hollywoodbets, OWNPAY or its authorised agents and acknowledge that you will not have any recourse or claim of any nature against Hollywoodbets, OWNPAY or its authorised agents.
    
    
20. Every contestant participating in the Competition shall be deemed to have acknowledged and accepted these terms and conditions by virtue of their participation.
    
    
21. This Competition is closed to any persons who are directors, members, partners, employees, agents or consultants of Hollywoodbets and OWNPAY or any other person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by Hollywoodbets and OWNPAY or marketing service providers, or spouses, life partners, business partners or immediate family members of all of the above.
    
    
22. By entering and participating and/or accepting any prize, the contestant, participants, users and/or winners hereby indemnify, release and hold harmless Hollywoodbets and OWNPAY (including its subsidiaries, associate companies and affiliates), its directors, employees, agents, suppliers and contractors from and against any actions, claims and/or liability for injury, loss, damage, expense, claim and/or damages of any kind resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from participation in the Competition, and/or the use, acceptance or possession of a prize, and/or participation (or non-participation) in a prize-related activity.
    
    
23. Hollywoodbets and OWNPAY do not make any representations or give any warranties, whether expressly or implied, as to a prize, and in particular, but without limitation, makes no representations and gives no warranty that a contestants entry or participation in the Competition will necessarily result in such contestant winning a prize or that a prize, or any aspect thereof, will meet a contestants requirements, preferences, standards or expectation.
