Highest Scoring Half Special Competition – Terms and Conditions

Two winners will be chosen, each winning either of the following, x1 Villarreal or x1 Valencia replica jerseys (medium sizes). Winners to be announced on the 13 January 2022.

1. The competition commences on the 11^th of January 2022 at 18:00 CAT.

2. The competition closes on the 12^th of January 2022 at 15:00 CAT.

3. Contestants must be over the age of 18 to participate in the competition.

4. A punter can enter by commenting on the post with your predications for the highest scoring half special for 12 January 2022.

5. The competition is valid for all entrants who comment below the post (highest scoring half special for 12 January 2022) with correct answer on the Hollywoodbets Facebook page, Instagram Page or Twitter.

6. In the event that there is no clear winner (score accurately predicted), the closest prediction(s) will be entered into a draw and one winner will be chosen.

7. In the event that two or more participants accurately predict the outcome for all 10 fixtures, the winner will be determined by a random draw from all correct and valid entries.

8. This competition is only available to clients that have an account with Hollywoodbets.

9. The winners will be selected randomly via a draw from all valid entries. All correct answers are deemed valid.

10. Entries are limited, their first comment will be taken as an entry anything thereafter will be null and void.

11. Entries received after 15:00 on the 12^th of January 2022 will not be accepted. No exceptions.

12. In the event the game is postponed, the competition could be rescheduled, and all entries submitted by 15:00 on the 12^th of January 2022 will be still be valid.

13. Draws to select the winners will done by one of the Hollywoodbets Team Support Office team members and will be supervised by an internal auditor.

14. The winner will be announced on the 13^th January 2022.

15. The winner will be notified via Facebook.

16. By entering the competition, you agree:

1. that Hollywoodbets may collect and process your personal information for the purposes of the competition,

3. to take part in reasonable post-event publicity and to the use of your name/s and photographs in such publicity, subject to the winner’s right to decline participation in any such promotional activities.

17. A person may not win more than one prize for the duration of the competition.

Hollywoodbets and its authorised agents reserve the right to vary, suspend, postpone or terminate the competition and any prizes which have not already been won, or any aspect thereof, for any reasons whatsoever and without notice. In such event, you hereby waive any rights or expectations, which you may have against Hollywoodbets or its authorised agents and acknowledge that you will not have any recourse or claim of any nature against Hollywoodbets or its authorised agents.

19. Every entrant participating in the competition shall be deemed to have acknowledged and accepted these terms and conditions by virtue of their participation.

This competition is closed to any persons who are directors, members, partners, employees, agents or consultants of Hollywoodbets or any other person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by Hollywoodbets or marketing service providers, or spouses, life partners, business partners or immediate family members of all the above.

By entering and participating and/or accepting any prize, the entrants, participants, users and/or winners hereby indemnify, release and hold harmless Hollywoodbets (including its subsidiaries, associate companies and affiliates), its directors, employees, agents, suppliers and contractors from and against any actions, claims and/or liability for injury, loss, damage, expense, claim and/or damages of any kind resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from participation in the competition, and/or the use, acceptance or possession of a prize, and/or participation (or non-participation) in a prize-related activity.

22. Self-excluded persons may not enter the competition.
