1. The competition runs between 4 May 2020 00:00 and 8 May 2020 23:59.
2. Cut off time for entries is 23:59 on 8 May 2020.
3. Contestants must be over the age of 18 to participate in the competition.
4. Each day one lucky customer will be selected and called to answer five questions on how well they know Hollywoodbets. For every correct answer, the selected customer will receive R500.
5. The winners will be selected randomly via a draw from all valid entries.
6. Cash prize winners need to provide Hollywoodbets with a bank statement (not older than 3 months) and a copy of their identity document in order to claim the prize.
7. Cash prizes will be transferred electronically into the winner’s Hollywoodbets account within 7 days from the date of receipt of the winner’s correct banking details and a copy of the winner’s identity document.
8. Winners have 5 business days from being contacted, to submit their banking details and a copy of their Identity Document to Hollywoodbets to claim their prize.
9. Draws to select the winners will be conducted by a Hollywoodbets Team Support Member supervised by an internal auditor.
10. By entering the competition, you agree:
a. that Hollywoodbets may collect and process your personal information for the purposes of the competition; and
b. to receiving communication from Hollywoodbets’ sponsors and partners.
c. to take part in reasonable post-event publicity and to the use of your names and photographs in such publicity, subject to the winner’s right to decline participation in any such promotional activities.
11. A person may not win more than one prize for the duration of the competition.
12. Hollywoodbets and its authorised agents reserve the right to vary, suspend, postpone or terminate the competition and any prizes which have not already been won, or any aspect thereof, for any reasons whatsoever and without notice. In such event, you hereby waive any rights or expectations, which you may have against Hollywoodbets or its authorised agents and acknowledge that you will not have any recourse or claim of any nature against Hollywoodbets or its authorised agents.
13. Every entrant participating in the competition shall be deemed to have acknowledged and accepted these terms and conditions by virtue of their participation.
14. This competition is closed to any persons who are directors, members, partners, employees, agents or consultants of Hollywoodbets or any other person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by Hollywoodbets or marketing service providers, or spouses, life partners, business partners or immediate family members of all the above.
15. By entering and participating and/or accepting any prize, the entrants, participants, users and/or winners hereby indemnify, release and hold harmless Hollywoodbets (including its subsidiaries, associate companies and affiliates), its directors, employees, agents, suppliers and contractors from and against any actions, claims and/or liability for injury, loss, damage, expense, claim and/or damages of any kind resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from participation in the competition, and/or the use, acceptance or possession of a prize, and/or participation (or nonparticipation) in a prize-related activity.
16. Self-excluded persons may not enter the competition.
