Hollywoodbets Punters Challenge Social Competition
Valid 4 – 5 May 2023
Customers stand a chance to win a R250 betting voucher in our Hollywoodbets Punters Challenge social competition. Winner to be announced on 8 May 2023.
To enter, Unscramble the sentence and post the answer in the comments section of the competition post to stand a chance to win. Hint: It is a well-known horse racing saying.
1. The competition starts 4 May at 10:00 am
2. The competition ends 5 May at 23:59, 2023.
3. Contestants must be over the age of 18 to participate in the competition.
4. A person can enter by commenting on the original competition post on Facebook that can be found on the Hollywoodbets Punters Challenge Facebook page. Entries will be non-valid if commented on any other Hollywoodbets Pages (Solely Hollywoodbets Punters Challenge Page).
5. This competition is only available to clients that have an account with Hollywoodbets. If the winner does not have a Hollywoodbets account, they will have the choice to open one and receive their winnings.
6. The winner will be selected randomly via a draw from all valid entries.
7. Entries are limited, their first comment will be taken as an entry anything thereafter will be null and void.
8. Draw to select the winner will be done by one of the Hollywoodbets Team Support Office team members and will be supervised by an internal auditor.
9. The prize will be deposited into the winner’s Hollywoodbets account where they cannot withdraw.
10. This voucher must be turned over once at odds of 5/10 (0.5) or greater before withdrawing.
11. Winner will be announced on the day of the draw 8 May 2023.
12. The winner will be notified via Facebook inbox.
13. By entering the competition, you agree:
a. that Hollywoodbets may collect and process your personal information for the purposes of the competition,
b. to receiving communication from Hollywoodbets’ sponsors and partners,
c. to take part in reasonable post-event publicity and to the use of your name/s and photographs in such publicity, subject to the winner’s right to decline participation in any such promotional activities.
14. A person may not win more than one prize for the duration of the competition.
15. Hollywoodbets and its authorised agents reserve the right to vary, suspend, postpone or terminate the competition and any prizes which have not already been won, or any aspect thereof, for any reasons whatsoever and without notice. In such event, you hereby waive any rights or expectations, which you may have against Hollywoodbets or its authorised agents and acknowledge that you will not have any recourse or claim of any nature against Hollywoodbets or its authorised agents.
16. Every entrant participating in the competition shall be deemed to have acknowledged and accepted these terms and conditions by virtue of their participation.
17. This competition is closed to any persons who are directors, members, partners, employees, agents or consultants of Hollywoodbets or any other person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by Hollywoodbets or marketing service providers, or spouses, life partners, business partners or immediate family members of all the above.
18. By entering and participating and/or accepting any prize, the entrants, participants, users and/or winners hereby indemnify, release and hold harmless Hollywoodbets (including its subsidiaries, associate companies and affiliates), its directors, employees, agents, suppliers and contractors from and against any actions, claims and/or liability for injury, loss, damage, expense, claim and/or damages of any kind resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from participation in the competition, and/or the use, acceptance or possession of a prize, and/or participation (or non-participation) in a prize-related activity.
19. Self-excluded persons may not enter the competition.
20. In the event of a dispute, individuals may contact their respective gambling authorities.
21. This competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Facebook, Twitter or Instagram.
22. Entrants, by virtue of participation, understand that information provided is collected by Hollywoodbets, in terms of its Customer Privacy notice that can be found at https://www.hollywoodbets.net/StoredPage.aspx?page=Privacy and not by Facebook.
