1. The #HollywoodbetsCyberMonday runs on 28 November 2022.
2. Contestants must be over the age of 18 years to participate in the competition.
3. To participate in the competition, the contestant must retweet, follow and comment on the official #HollywoodbetsCyberMonday post from the official Hollywoodbets Twitter page.
4. Only one entry per person will be counted as valid. If the contestant enters more than once, only the first entry will be considered, and edited entries will be considered invalid.
5. The winners will win the below;

6. The winners will be required to provide their Hollywoodbets account number, cell phone number, and physical or residential address, in order to claim their prize.
7. By entering your comment, you agree:

• To grant Hollywoodbets the non-exclusive right to publish, feature, reproduce and use it for any purpose at any time in any of its publications, websites and associated media outlets, in existence now or later
• That Hollywoodbets may collect and process your personal information for the purposes of the competition; and
• To receiving communication from Hollywoodbets’ sponsors and partners.
  
  

8. Prizes are subject to change to another item at the same value, should we not be able to source the prize.
9. Prizes are non-transferable and redeemed for cash.
10. The winners will be selected randomly via a draw from all valid entries.
11. The winners will be notified via Twitter.
12. These vouchers must be turned over once at odds of (5/10) 0.5 or greater before withdrawing.
13. Hollywoodbets’ decision regarding the winners is final and no correspondence related to the entry will be considered.
14. Hollywoodbets reserves the right not to award prizes should irregular activities be noted.
15. The winners agree to take part in reasonable post-event publicity and to the use of their names and photographs in such publicity, subject to the winner’s right to decline participation in any such promotional activities.
16. Hollywoodbets and its authorized agents reserve the right to vary, suspend, postpone or terminate the Competition and any prizes which have not already been won, or any aspect thereof, for any reasons whatsoever and without notice. In such event, you hereby waive any rights or expectations, which you may have against Hollywoodbets or its authorized agents and acknowledge that you will not have any recourse or claim of any nature against Hollywoodbets or its authorized agents.
17. Every entrant participating in the Competition shall be deemed to have acknowledged and accepted these terms and conditions by virtue of their participation.
18. This Competition is closed to any persons who are directors, members, partners, employees, agents or consultants of Hollywoodbets or any other person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by Hollywoodbets or marketing service providers, or spouses, life partners, business partners or immediate family members of all of the above.
19. By entering and participating and/or accepting any prize, the entrants, participants, users and/or winners hereby indemnify, release and hold harmless Hollywoodbets (including its subsidiaries, associate companies and affiliates), its directors, employees, agents, suppliers and contractors from and against any actions, claims and/or liability for injury, loss, damage, expense, claim and/or damages of any kind resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from participation in the Competition, and/or the use, acceptance or possession of a prize, and/or participation (or non-participation) in a prize-related activity.
