Indian Premier League Predictor Competition – Terms and Conditions

1. Indian Premier League Predictor entries must be received before the start of every round of games. Hollywoodbets accepts no responsibility for any entries that are incomplete, illegible, corrupted or fail to reach Hollywoodbets by the relevant closing date for any reason. Proof of posting or sending is not proof of receipt. Automatically generated entries or entries via agents or third parties are invalid and shall not be considered.
   
   
2. To enter the competition, entrants must correctly predict the results of all Indian Premier League games for each round every weekend from the 26 March until Sunday 29 May 2022.
3. Points will be awarded as per starting price of odds of the Indian Premier League games.
4. Only entries made on the official Hollywoodbets Chalkline website will be considered as valid.
5. Only one entry per person will be counted as valid.
6. All correct entries will go into a lucky draw.
7. In the event of a tie, a random draw will decide the winner.
8. Betting vouchers Weekly prize breakdown:

• Round 1: 26^th March –27 March 2022                   R500
• Round 2: 1^st April – 3^rd April                                     R500
• Round 3: 8^th April– 10^th April 2022                         R500
• Round 4: 15^th April – 17^th April 2022                      R500
• Round 5: 22^nd April- 24^th April 2022                       R500
• Round 6: 29^th April- 1st May 2022                         R500
• Round 7: 6^th May- 8^th May 2022                             R500
• Round 8): 13^th May- 15^th May 2022                        R500
• Round 9: 20^th May- 22^nd May 2022                        R500
• Round 10: (Playoff schedule – TBC) Final 29 May R500

Total amount for weekly winners is R5 000.

9. To enter the competition, entrants must correctly predict the results of all Indian Premier League games until the 29 May 2022.
10. Overall leader-board prizes:

• 1st place R3 000 Betting voucher (can withdraw If placed a bet on 10 Matches for R2 or more per game)
• 2nd place R1500 Betting Voucher (can withdraw If placed a bet on 10 Matches for R2 or more per game)
• 3^rd place R500 Betting Voucher (can withdraw If placed a bet on 10 Matches for R2 or more per game)

12. The betting vouchers won in this promotion must be turned over once at odds of 0.5 (5/10) before being withdrawn.
13. Each weekly winner will be announced after the selected games of the Indian Premier League are played.
14. The Overall winner will be determined by the leaderboard.
15. The overall winners for first, second and third place will be announced on Tuesday 31^st May 2022.
16. Hollywoodbets’ decision regarding the winners is final and no correspondence related to entry will be considered.
17. Should Hollywoodbets be unable to contact the winner within three days then the runner-up will be selected as the winner.
18. Prizes are non-transferable and can’t be exchanged for cash.
19. Winners will be notified via a telephonic call or posted on social media.
20. This competition is open to the public. You will, however, need a FICA compliant Hollywoodbets account in order to claim your prize.
21. By entering your guess, you agree to grant Hollywoodbets the non-exclusive right to publish, feature, reproduce and use it for any purpose at any time in any of its publications, websites and associated media outlets, in existence now or later.
22. Hollywoodbets reserves the right to revoke this promotion at any time and without cause or notice.
23. Hollywoodbets reserves the right to change any of its terms and conditions at any time and without cause or notice.
24. In order to participate, the individual must be over the age of 18.
25. Every entrant participating in the promotion shall be deemed to have acknowledged and accepted the rules by virtue of their participation.
26. This competition is not open to Hollywoodbets, Racing Distribution, Winning Media or Star Merchant employees as well as employees of Hollywoodbets managed entities.
27. By entering and participating, the entrant agrees to hold harmless, defend and indemnify Facebook from, and against, any and all claims, demands, liability, damages or causes of action (however named or described), losses, costs or expenses, with respect to, or arising out of, or related to:

(i) entrant’s participation in the Sweepstake, or

(ii) entrant’s participation in any prize-related activities, acceptance of a prize and/or use or misuse of a prize (including, without limitation, any property loss, damage, personal injury or death caused to any person(s).

28. The winners agree to take part in reasonable post-event publicity and to the use of their names and photographs in such publicity.
29. This competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Facebook, Twitter or Instagram.
30. Entrants by virtue of participation understand that information provided is collected by Hollywoodbets and not by Facebook.
