1. Participants must be over the age of 18 years and have an active Hollywoodbets account to participate in the competition.
2. The Prize includes:
• A share of R65 000 in cash
• An all expenses paid weekend away for 2
3. The segment of the campaign will run from the 15th to the 21st of February 2025.
4. To qualify, participants would be required to bet a minimum of R10.00 on High Flyer to earn points to climb the leaderboard.
5. If the minimum bet amount is unavailable, the next higher available bet size in the game will qualify.
6. Points will be calculated as follows:
• Your bet converted to USD multiplied by 1 000. (e.g. If you bet R10 and the daily exchange rate is $1 = R18.50, you will accumulate 540 points)
• The more points you accumulate the higher your position on the leaderboard.
• The leaderboard will update approximately every 5 – 10 seconds.
• Points values may fluctuate depending on the daily exchange rate.
7. Each player will get a personal tournament ID for the leaderboard.

9. This leaderboard will form part of the broader “Love at First Bet” campaign but will only run from the 15th of February 2025 00:01 to the 21st of February 2025 23:59.
10. The prize breakdown is as follows:
• Position 1 – A Weekend Away for 2 Valued at R60 000.
• Position 2 – 5 – R5 000 each in cash.
• Position 6 – 15 – R2 500 each in cash.
• Position 16 – 25 – R2 000 each in cash.
11. The winners will be based on leader board positioning.
12. Malfunctions and errors may void all play and pays.
13. Winners will be automatically credited upon completion of the tournament and will be notified by way of pop-up message and funds will be automatically added to their Hollywoodbets account.
14. Winners of the Trips will be notified by a phone call, SMS and/or Email.
15. Trips may not be exchanged for cash prizes.
16. You have three working days to claim your trips and if unclaimed the next person on the leaderboard will automatically qualify for this.
17. Should a client forfeit their trip the next person on the leaderboard will automatically qualify.
18. Clients have 3 months from the end of the campaign in order to go on the trip and should they fail to do so will forfeit the trip.
19. There will be 4 individual tournaments that form part of the campaign and clients are restricted to winning one trip for the entire duration of the campaign. Should the same client finish in position 1 for more than 1 tournament, they will automatically forfeit the prize, and this will be given to the person that finished in the position directly behind them.
20. Clients are not restricted to winning multiple cash prizes during the course of the campaign; however they may only win one prize per tournament.
21. The rules, terms, and conditions of the tournament can be changed at any time according to the sole discretion of Pragmatic Play and Hollywoodbets.
22. In the event of a dispute, individuals should consult the company’s general terms and conditions paragraph 2.19, entitled “Dispute Resolution.”
23. By entering the competition, you agree:
a. that Hollywoodbets may collect and process your personal information for the purposes of the competition.
b. to receive communication from Hollywoodbets’ sponsors and partners; and
c. to take part in reasonable post-event publicity and to the use of your name/s and/or photographs in such publicity, subject to the winner’s right to decline participation in any such promotional activities.

In such event, you hereby waive any rights or expectations, which you may have against Hollywoodbets or its authorised agents and acknowledge that you will not have any recourse or claim of any nature against Hollywoodbets or its authorised agents.
26. Every entrant participating in the competition shall be deemed to have acknowledged and accepted these terms and conditions by virtue of their participation.

By entering and participating and/or accepting any prize, the entrants, participants, users and/or winners hereby indemnify, release and hold harmless Hollywoodbets (including its subsidiaries, associate companies and affiliates), its directors, employees, agents, suppliers and contractors from and against any actions, claims and/or liability for injury, loss, damage, expense, claim and/or damages of any kind resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from participation in the competition, and/or the use, acceptance or possession of a prize, and/or participation (or non-participation) in a prize-related activity.
