Playtech Summer Spectacular Slots Tournament- Terms and Conditions

1. Participants must be over the age of 18 and have an active Hollywoodbets account to participate in the competition.

2. The Prizes includes:

1. A share of R300 000 in cash.

3. The campaign runs between the 21st of December the 24th of December 2024

4. To qualify, participants are required to spend a minimum of R5 on selected Playtech slot games to climb the leaderboard.

5. If the minimum bet amount is unavailable, the next higher available bet size in the game will qualify.

6. Points will be calculated as follows:

· Your winnings divided by your bet multiplied by 100 (e.g. If you win R100 and you have bet R50 within the refresh period, you will accumulate 200 points)

· The more points you accumulate, the higher your position on the leaderboard.

· The leaderboard will update approximately every 5 – 10 seconds.

8. Prize Breakdown for both leaderboards of the competition are as follows:

· Position 1 – R50 000 in cash.

· Position 2 – R30 000 in cash.

· Position 3 to 5 – R15 000 each in cash.

· Position 6 to 15 – R5 000 each in cash.

· Position 16 to 25 – R2 500each in cash.

· Position 26 to 45 – R2 000 each in cash.

· Position 46 to 65 – R1 000 each in cash.

· Position 66 to 95 – R750 each in cash.

· Position 96 to 130 – R500 each in cash.

9. The winners will be based on leader board positioning.

10. Malfunctions and errors may void all play and pays.

11. Each player will get a personal tournament ID for the leaderboard.

12. Winners will be automatically credited on the 25th of December 2024.

13. Winners need to allow for 24 – 48 hours before querying winnings should they not be credited with winnings.

14. Winners will be notified by way of a pop-up message on the screen if they have won.

15. The rules, terms, and conditions of the tournament can be changed at any time according to the sole discretion of Playtech and Hollywoodbets.

16. In the event of a dispute, individuals should consult the company’s general terms and conditions paragraph 2.19, entitled “Dispute Resolution.”

17. By entering the competition, you agree:

a. that Hollywoodbets may collect and process your personal information for the purposes of the competition.

c. to take part in reasonable post-event publicity and to the use of your name/s and/or photographs in such publicity, subject to the winner’s right to decline participation in any such promotional activities.

In such event, you hereby waive any rights or expectations, which you may have against Hollywoodbets or its authorised agents

and acknowledge that you will not have any recourse or claim of any nature against Hollywoodbets or its authorised agents.

20. Every entrant participating in the competition shall be deemed to have acknowledged and accepted these terms and conditions by virtue of their participation.

21. By entering and participating and/or accepting any prize, the entrants, participants, users and/or winners hereby indemnify, release and hold harmless Hollywoodbets (including its subsidiaries, associate companies and affiliates), its directors, employees, agents, suppliers and contractors from and against any actions, claims and/or liability for injury, loss, damage, expense, claim and/or damages of any kind resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from participation in the competition, and/or the use, acceptance or possession of a prize, and/or participation (or non-participation) in a prize-related activity.
