DEFINITIONS
A ‘Friend’ is defined as an individual person who does not have, and who has never had, a Hollywoodbets account.
The ‘Referrer’ is the Hollywoodbets account holder who is referring a Friend via the Refer A Friend functionality which is only available on mobile/cellphone betting.
A ‘Successful Friend’ is a Friend who has met the following criteria:
1. Friend has been registered using the following link: https://www.hollywoodbets.net/register.aspx.
2. Friend has opened an account with Hollywoodbets via the link they received on the Refer a Friend SMS or via the registration page online directly.
3. Friend has successfully been activated (ID number was approved by a third-party source or they have submitted their FICA documents).
4. Friend has deposited R50 or more into their account. They should have R25 in their account from their reward but must load an additional R50.
5. Friend has taken a bet(s) to the total value of R75 or more.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. The Refer A Friend promotion is only available on the online platform registration pages.
2. Referrals will only be deemed valid if the Friend that has been referred meets the definition of a ‘Successful Friend’ as set out above.
3. Each Referrer who refers a Successful Friend will receive a free R50 into their Hollywoodbets account.
4. The Friend being referred by a Referrer must not have, and never have had, a Hollywoodbets account.
5. The R50 reward will be credited to the Referrer’s betting account 24 hours after the Friend he/she has referred becomes a Successful Friend. The Referrer can use it by placing bets to the full value of the R50 or withdraw the R50 from their account.
6. The Successful Friend will receive a free R25 into their Hollywoodbets account once Hollywoodbets has confirmed and their account status becomes active. The Successful Friend will be required to deposit R50 into their new betting account, then take a bet/s using their cellphone or online betting account of R75 (Including the R25 sign up voucher).
7. The Successful Friend will be required to use the R25 and will not be entitled to withdraw the R25 out of their account until the funds have first been bet and turned over in full.
