Terms and Conditions

1. Participants must be over the age of 18 years and have an active Hollywoodbets account to participate in the competition.
2. The Prize includes:
   • A share of R577 500 in cash
   • A share of R181 500 in betting vouchers
   • 5 VIP Hollywoodbets Durban July Experiences for 2
   • A 2025 Omoda C5
   • A 2025 Omoda C7
3. Hollywoodbets’ decision regarding the selection of winners is final, and no correspondence or disputes regarding the outcome will be entertained.For the final vehicle draw, all entries from 16 May 2025, will be taken into consideration when doing the draw. 
4. The campaign is divided into three phases, each with its own entry mechanism, prize pool, and set of prizes.
5. All bets will qualify for this campaign, excluding those linked to other betting markets. Excluded betting markets include Jackpot MIXA, Bipot MIXA, Place Accumulator MIXA, Pick 6 MIXA, any sport or horse racing multiple bets, and any Lucky Numbers or horse racing multiple bets. Only single bets on the Hollywoodbets Durban July race meeting will be considered for entry.
6. Winners will be selected randomly via a draw from all valid entries.
7. Draws will be conducted by a Hollywoodbets Team Support member and will be overseen by an internal auditor to ensure transparency and fairness.
8. Each qualifying bet will provide the client with an entry into the draw. Entries are not limited.
9. Only deposits and bets placed in accordance with the entry mechanism for each specific segment will qualify for that segment’s prize giveaways.
10. If a customer places bets using bonus funds or free bets, they must place a minimum of three qualifying bets to be eligible for entry into the prize giveaways.

12. Betting vouchers must be turned over (staked) once at odds of 5/10 (0.5 decimal) or greater, before withdrawing. A withdrawal of these funds cannot be processed without the betting voucher value being staked.
13. Cash and betting voucher prize winners will be notified via SMS and/or push message.
14. The winner(s) of the VIP HDJ experiences will need to provide both their and partner’s information within 3 days after the draw.
15. In terms of the vehicle prize, Hollywoodbets accepts no responsibility for warranties, maintenance, servicing, or any liabilities related to the vehicle after handover.
16. The vehicle will remain branded with Hollywoodbets decals for a period of six (6) months. During this time, the vehicle cannot be sold, traded in, or transferred. The winner must retain ownership of the vehicle for the full 6-month period. If branding is removed or the vehicle is sold within this period, Hollywoodbets reserves the right to reclaim the prize or its value.
17. The winner must allow a reasonable period of time for Hollywoodbets to order, register, and license the vehicle in their name. The winner must provide all required original documentation, including a valid Identity Document and driver’s licence (or that of a nominated driver).
18. Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternatives.
19. Hollywoodbets will not provide vehicle insurance. It is the winner’s responsibility to insure the vehicle after handover.
20. The car will be handed over to the winner with a full tank of petrol.
21. Hollywoodbets will not be held liable for any mechanical faults, damages, or injuries resulting from the use of the prize or participation in the competition.
22. Hollywoodbets will cover the cost of flat bedding the vehicle to a major centre in South Africa (Durban, Johannesburg, Cape Town, or Port Elizabeth). The winner must collect the vehicle from the agreed location unless otherwise approved in writing by Hollywoodbets.
23. Clients are not limited to winning multiple cash prizes however they may only win one prize per draw (Draw schedule for each segment below) and may only win one vehicle/main prize/VIP experience during the duration of the campaign.
24. The rules, terms, and conditions of the campaign can be changed at any time according to the sole discretion of Hollywoodbets.
25. Hollywoodbets’ decision regarding the selection of winners is final, and no correspondence or disputes regarding the outcome will be entertained.

28. By entering the competition, you agree:
    • that Hollywoodbets may collect and process your personal information for the purposes of the competition.
    • to receive communication from Hollywoodbets’ sponsors and partners; and
    • to take part in reasonable post-event publicity and to the use of your name/s and/or photographs in such publicity, subject to the winner’s right to decline participation in any such promotional activities.
29. Entrants, by virtue of participation, understand that information provided is collected by Hollywoodbets, in terms of its Customer Privacy notice that can be found here.
30. Hollywoodbets and its authorised agents reserve the right to vary, suspend, postpone, or terminate the competition and any prizes which have not already been won, or any aspect thereof, for any reasons whatsoever and without notice. In such event, you hereby waive any rights or expectations, which you may have against Hollywoodbets or its authorised agents and acknowledge that you will not have any recourse or claim of any nature against Hollywoodbets or its authorised agents.
31. Every entrant participating in the competition shall be deemed to have acknowledged and accepted these terms and conditions by virtue of their participation.
32. By entering and participating and/or accepting any prize, the entrants, participants, users and/or winners hereby indemnify, release and hold harmless Hollywoodbets (including its subsidiaries, associate companies and affiliates), its directors, employees, agents, suppliers and contractors from and against any actions, claims and/or liability for injury, loss, damage, expense, claim and/or damages of any kind resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from participation in the competition, and/or the use, acceptance or possession of a prize, and/or participation (or non-participation) in a prize-related activity.
33. Self-excluded persons may not enter the competition.
