Sharks Fest social comp – Predict and win – Terms and Conditions

Customers stand a chance to win 2x general access match tickets for the Hollywoodbets Sharks vs DHL Stormers game as well as a Hollywoodbets Sharks jersey by answering the question in the comments section of the original competition post, found on the Hollywoodbets X, Facebook social page.

Customers must predict which players will be making the starting 15 for the game against DHL Stormers match.

9. The competition runs from 12– 14 February
10. The competition ends on the 14 February 2024 at 16:00 pm.
11. Contestants must be over the age of 18 to participate in the competition.
12. The prize includes 2x general access match tickets to the Hollywoodbets Sharks vs DHL Stormers as well as a Hollywoodbets Sharks jersey which the customer must collect at the Hollywoodbets Head Office.
13. The winner will be selected randomly via a draw from all valid and correct entries. The winner will be announced on 15 February 2024.
14. Contestants can enter by commenting on the original competition post, found on the Hollywoodbets X (formerly known as Twitter) and Facebook SA main page. Customers must predict which players will be making the starting 15 for the game against DHL Stormers match.
15. Entries are limited to the first comment made by a contestant. Thereafter, any other comments by the same contestant will be considered null and void.
16. Draw to select the winner will be conducted by one of the Hollywoodbets Team Support Office Team Members and will be supervised by an Internal Auditor on 15 February 2024.
17. The winner will be notified either via Hollywoodbets’ X page or Facebook page.
18. If the winner does not reside in Durban, the winner will be liable for their own transportation and accommodation costs. Hollywoodbets will not be held liable for any additional costs.
19. By entering the competition, you agree:

1. that Hollywoodbets may collect and process your personal information for the purposes of the competition,
2. to receiving communication from Hollywoodbets’ sponsors and partners,
3. to take part in reasonable post-event publicity and to the use of your name/s and photographs in such publicity, subject to the winner’s right to decline participation in any such promotional activities.

12. Hollywoodbets and its authorised agents reserve the right to vary, suspend, postpone or terminate the competition and any prizes which have not already been won, or any aspect thereof, for any reasons whatsoever and without notice. In such event, you hereby waive any rights or expectations, which you may have against Hollywoodbets or its authorised agents and acknowledge that you will not have any recourse or claim of any nature against Hollywoodbets or its authorised agents.
13. Every entrant participating in the competition shall be deemed to have acknowledged and accepted these terms and conditions by virtue of their participation.
14. This competition is closed to any persons who are directors, members, partners, employees, agents or consultants of Hollywoodbets or any other person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by Hollywoodbets or marketing service providers, or spouses, life partners, business partners or immediate family members of all the above.
15. By entering and participating and/or accepting any prize, the entrants, participants, users and/or winners hereby indemnify, release and hold harmless Hollywoodbets (including its subsidiaries, associate companies and affiliates), its directors, employees, agents, suppliers and contractors from and against any actions, claims and/or liability for injury, loss, damage, expense, claim and/or damages of any kind resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from participation in the competition, and/or the use, acceptance or possession of a prize, and/or participation (or non-participation) in a prize-related activity.
16. Self-excluded persons may not enter the competition.
17. In the event of a dispute, individuals may contact their respective gambling authorities.
