1. The competition runs between 1 August 2022 00:00 – 30 September 2022 23:59.
2. Cut-off time for entries is 23h59 on 30 September 2022.
3. Contestants must be over the age of 18 to participate in the competition.
4. Each ticket number can only be entered once.
5. Single and multiple bets on soccer and multiple bets with at least one soccer leg onto other sports will be accepted.
6. Customers must bet within the duration of the competition to be eligible for the draws that will be done.
7. There will be 40 draws in total. The dates for the draws will be as follows:

• 8 – 9 – 10 – 11 – 12 – 15 – 16 – 17 – 18 – 19 – 22 – 23 – 24 – 25 – 26 – 29 – 30 – 31 August 2022.
• 1 – 2 – 5 – 6 – 7 – 8 – 9 – 12 – 13 – 14 – 15 – 16 – 19 – 20 – 21 – 22 – 23 – 26 – 27 – 28 – 29 September 2022.
• 1 October 2022.

8. The winners will be selected randomly via a draw from all valid entries weekly.
9. Entries are not limited. Every soccer bet for R20 or more will be an additional entry.
10. One winner will be randomly selected on each of the 40 days above via a draw from all valid entries.
11. The winners will be contacted telephonically on the dates of the draws.
12. Once a winner’s name has been selected in any of the draws, it is withdrawn from the promotion and cannot be re-selected in another draw. A person may not win more than one weekly prize for the duration of the competition.
13. Draws to select the winners will take place at the Hollywoodbets Team Support Office supervised by an internal auditor.
14. Prizes are non-transferable.
15. Hollywoodbets account holder winners shall have the prize paid into their Hollywoodbets account by no later than 12-noon on the day after the draw.
16. Cash prize winners at branches need to provide Hollywoodbets with a bank statement (not older than 3 months) and a copy of their identity document in order to claim the prize.
17. Cash prizes will be transferred electronically into the winner’s nominated bank account within 7 days from the date of receipt of the winner’s correct banking details and a copy of the winner’s identity document.
18. Cash winners have 5 business days from being contacted, to submit their banking details and a copy of their Identity Document to Hollywoodbets to claim their prize.
19. By entering the competition, you agree:

– to receiving communication from Hollywoodbets’ sponsors and partners;

– to take part in reasonable post-event publicity and to the use of your names and photographs in such publicity, subject to the winner’s right to decline participation in any such promotional activities.

20. Hollywoodbets and its authorised agents reserve the right to vary, suspend, postpone or terminate the competition and any prizes which have not already been won, or any aspect thereof, for any reasons whatsoever and without notice. In such event, you hereby waive any rights or expectations, which you may have against Hollywoodbets or its authorised agents and acknowledge that you will not have any recourse or claim of any nature against Hollywoodbets or its authorised agents.
21. Every entrant participating in the competition shall be deemed to have acknowledged and accepted these terms and conditions by virtue of their participation.
22. This competition is closed to any persons who are directors, members, partners, employees, agents or consultants of Hollywoodbets or any other person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by Hollywoodbets or marketing service providers, or spouses, life partners, business partners or immediate family members of all of the above.
23. By entering and participating and/or accepting any prize, the entrants, participants, users and/or winners hereby indemnify, release and hold harmless Hollywoodbets (including its subsidiaries, associate companies and affiliates), its directors, employees, agents, suppliers and contractors from and against any actions, claims and/or liability for injury, loss, damage, expense, claim and/or damages of any kind resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from participation in the competition, and/or the use, acceptance or possession of a prize, and/or participation (or non-participation) in a prize-related activity.
24. Self-excluded persons may not enter the competition.
25. In the event of a dispute, individuals may contact their respective gambling authorities.
