Shimza’s Birthday Weekend Competition – Terms and Conditions 

Valid between 15 May 2022 – 31 May 2022

Customers stand a chance to win 1 of 3 JBL headphones, or a share of R1 000 in Betting Vouchers for consolation prize.

Customers can enter by signing up for a Hollywoodbets account using the link on the Gauteng Facebook, Twitter and Instagram pages, and spending their entire R25 sign-up bonus.

1. The competition runs from 15 May 2022.
2. The competition ends on 31 May 2022.
3. The main prize consists of 1 of 3, JBL Headphones.
4. Five winners will each win 1, R200 betting voucher totaling R1 000 as the consolation prize.
5. Vouchers will be deposited directly into the winners Hollywoodbets account.
6. These vouchers must be turned over once at odds of 5/10 (0.5) or greater before withdrawing.
7. Arrangements will be made for the JBL speakers to be delivered to the winners.
8. The contestants must be over the age of 18 to participate in the competition.
9. A person can enter by signing up for a Hollywoodbets account and clicking the link on the competition post, which can be found on the Hollywoodbets Gauteng Facebook, Twitter and Instagram pages, and spending their entire R25 sign-up bonus.
10. A person can also enter by signing up for a Hollywoodbets account, and clicking the link on the competition post, which can be found on Shimza’s Facebook, Twitter and Instagram pages, and spending their entire R25 sign-up bonus.
11. A person may not win more than one prize for the duration of the competition.
12. The winners will be selected randomly via a draw, from all valid entries.
13. Entries are limited.
14.  The draw to select the winners will be done by one of the Hollywoodbets Team Support Office Team Members and will be supervised by an internal auditor.
15. The winners will be announced on 03 June 2022.
16. The winners will be notified via a phone call.
17. By entering the competition, you agree:

1. that Hollywoodbets may collect and process your personal information for the purposes of the competition,
2. to receiving communication from Hollywoodbets’ sponsors and partners,
3. to take part in reasonable post-event publicity and to the use of your name/s and photographs in such publicity, subject to the winner’s right to decline participation in any such promotional activities.

18. Hollywoodbets and its authorised agents reserve the right to vary, suspend, postpone or terminate the competition and any prizes which have not already been won, or any aspect thereof, for any reasons whatsoever and without notice. In such event, you hereby waive any rights or expectations, which you may have against Hollywoodbets or its authorised agents and acknowledge that you will not have any recourse or claim of any nature against Hollywoodbets or its authorised agents.
19. Every entrant participating in the competition shall be deemed to have acknowledged and accepted these terms and conditions by virtue of their participation.
20. This competition is closed to any persons who are directors, members, partners, employees, agents or consultants of Hollywoodbets or any other person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by Hollywoodbets or marketing service providers, or spouses, life partners, business partners or immediate family members of all the above.
21. By entering and participating and/or accepting any prize, the entrants, participants, users and/or winners hereby indemnify, release and hold harmless Hollywoodbets (including its subsidiaries, associate companies and affiliates), its directors, employees, agents, suppliers and contractors from and against any actions, claims and/or liability for injury, loss, damage, expense, claim and/or damages of any kind resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from participation in the competition, and/or the use, acceptance or possession of a prize, and/or participation (or non-participation) in a prize-related activity.

22. Self-excluded persons may not enter the competition.
23. In the event of a dispute, individuals may contact their respective gambling authorities.
24. This competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Facebook, Twitter or Instagram.
