SOCIAL COMPETITION – All White Extravaganza

Valid between 26 April – 28 April  2022

Customers stand a chance to win a VIP experience with Clement Maosa worth R5 000 by signing up for a Hollywoodbets account, using the link on the Gauteng Facebook and Instagram pages and spending the entire R25 sign up bonus.

1. The competition runs 26 April – 28 April 2022.

2. Competition ends on the 28 April 2022.

3. The prize consists of a VIP experience with Clement Maosa worth R5 000 at the All White Extravaganza event taking place on 1 May 2022.

4. Contestants must be over the age of 18 to participate in the competition.

5. A person can enter by signing up for a Hollywoodbets account by clicking the link on the competition post, which can be found on the Hollywoodbets Gauteng Facebook and Instagram pages, and spending the entire R25 sign up bonus.

6. The winner will be selected randomly via a draw from all valid entries.

7. Entries are limited.

8. Draw to select the winner will be done by one of the Hollywoodbets Team Support Office Team Members and will be supervised by an internal auditor.

9. Winner will be announced on 29 April 2022.

10. The winner will be notified via phone call.

11. Winner needs to reside in Gauteng.

12. Winner must find their own way to the event.

13. By entering the competition, you agree:

1. that Hollywoodbets may collect and process your personal information for the purposes of the competition,
2. to receiving communication from Hollywoodbets’ sponsors and partners,
3. to take part in reasonable post-event publicity and to the use of your name/s and photographs in such publicity, subject to the winner’s right to decline participation in any such promotional activities.

14. Hollywoodbets and its authorised agents reserve the right to vary, suspend, postpone or terminate the competition and any prizes which have not already been won, or any aspect thereof, for any reasons whatsoever and without notice. In such event, you hereby waive any rights or expectations, which you may have against Hollywoodbets or its authorised agents and acknowledge that you will not have any recourse or claim of any nature against Hollywoodbets or its authorised agents.

15. Every entrant participating in the competition shall be deemed to have acknowledged and accepted these terms and conditions by virtue of their participation.

16. This competition is closed to any persons who are directors, members, partners, employees, agents or consultants of Hollywoodbets or any other person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by Hollywoodbets or marketing service providers, or spouses, life partners, business partners or immediate family members of all the above.

17. By entering and participating and/or accepting any prize, the entrants, participants, users and/or winners hereby indemnify, release and hold harmless Hollywoodbets (including its subsidiaries, associate companies and affiliates), its directors, employees, agents, suppliers and contractors from and against any actions, claims and/or liability for injury, loss, damage, expense, claim and/or damages of any kind resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from participation in the competition, and/or the use, acceptance or possession of a prize, and/or participation (or non-participation) in a prize-related activity.

18. Self-excluded persons may not enter the competition.

19. In the event of a dispute, individuals may contact their respective gambling authorities.

20. This competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Facebook, Twitter or Instagram.

21. Entrants, by virtue of participation, understand that information provided is collected by Hollywoodbets, in terms of its Customer Privacy notice that can be found at CUSTOMER PRIVACY NOTICE and not by Facebook.
