SOCIAL COMPETITION – BEEMERCAMPFEST SA
COMPETITION RUNS: 23 – 24 NOVEMBER 2022
Stand a chance to win a double set of tickets to the Beemercampfest SA taking place from Saturday, 26 – 27 November 2022.
Customers can enter the competition by answering the question in the comments section of the original competition post, on our Hollywoodbets Facebook page. Customers need to tell us who they will be taking to the event if they win the tickets.
1. The competition runs from 23 – 24 November 2022.
2. The winners will be announced on 25 November 2022.
3. Contestants must be over the age of 18 to participate in the competition.
4. The prize includes a double set of tickets to the Beemercampfest SA taking place from Saturday, 26 – 27 November 2022.
5. Five winners will be randomly selected. The draw will take place at the Hollywoodbets Team Support Office and supervised by an Internal Auditor on, Draw Date: 24 November 2022.
6. If the winners do not reside in Gauteng, the winners will be liable for their own transportation and accommodation costs. Hollywoodbets will not be held liable for any additional costs.
7. These prizes cannot be exchanged for cash.
8. The tickets to the Beemercampfest SA will be handed over to the winners at the gate, on the day they choose to attend the event.
9. Entries are limited to the first comment made by a contestant. Thereafter, any other comments by the same contestant will be considered null and void.
10. The winners will be notified via Facebook inbox.
11. By entering the competition, you agree:
• that Hollywoodbets may collect and process your personal information for the purposes of the competition,
• to receiving communication from Hollywoodbets’ sponsors and partners,
• to take part in reasonable post-event publicity and to the use of your name/s and photographs in such publicity, subject to the winner’s right to decline participation in any such promotional activities.
12. Hollywoodbets and its authorised agents reserve the right to vary, suspend, postpone or terminate the competition and any prizes which have not already been won, or any aspect thereof, for any reasons whatsoever and without notice. In such event, you hereby waive any rights or expectations, which you may have against Hollywoodbets or its authorised agents and acknowledge that you will not have any recourse or claim of any nature against Hollywoodbets or its authorised agents.
13. Every entrant participating in the competition shall be deemed to have acknowledged and accepted these terms and conditions by virtue of their participation.
14. This competition is closed to any persons who are directors, members, partners, employees, agents or consultants of Hollywoodbets or any other person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by Hollywoodbets or marketing service providers, or spouses, life partners, business partners or immediate family members of all the above.
15. By entering and participating and/or accepting any prize, the entrants, participants, users and/or winners hereby indemnify, release and hold harmless Hollywoodbets (including its subsidiaries, associate companies and affiliates), its directors, employees, agents, suppliers and contractors from and against any actions, claims and/or liability for injury, loss, damage, expense, claim and/or damages of any kind resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from participation in the competition, and/or the use, acceptance or possession of a prize, and/or participation (or non-participation) in a prize-related activity.
16. Self-excluded persons may not enter the competition.
17. In the event of a dispute, individuals may contact their respective gambling authorities

19. Entrants, by virtue of participation, understand that information provided is collected by Hollywoodbets, in terms of its Customer Privacy notice that can be found at https://www.hollywoodbets.net/StoredPage.aspx?page=Privacy and not by Facebook.
