SPINA TO WINA – Social Competition- Terms and Conditions

1. The competition runs every Mondays of July
2. The competition ends on last Monday of July.
3. Entrants must be over the age of 18 to participate in the competition.
4. The prize is 1 of 40 R 20 000 worth in Betting Vouchers and branded merch.
5. The winners will be selected every Tuesday for the duration of the competition.
6. These vouchers must be turned over once at odds of 5/10 (0.5) or greater before
withdrawing.
7. A person can enter by posting a screenshot of one prize drop games while playing the game
on the original competition post, found on the Hollywoodbets X and Facebook page.
8. Entries are limited to the first comment made by a contestant. Thereafter, any other
comments by the same contestant will be considered null and void.
9. Participants are eligible to win only once during the entire duration of the competition,
regardless of whether the entries were submitted through different social media accounts
10. A person may not win more than one prize for the duration of the competition.
11. The winners will be notified via inbox on X and Facebook.
12. The prize will be deposited directly into the winners’ Hollywoodbets account where they will
not be able to withdraw.
13. Pragmatic Play branded merchandise will be sent to winner 2 weeks from winning.

15. By entering the competition, you agree:
a. that Hollywoodbets may collect and process your personal information for
the purposes of the competition,
b. to receiving communication from Hollywoodbets’ sponsors and partners,
c. to take part in reasonable post-event publicity and to the use of your name/s
and photographs in such publicity, subject to the winner’s right to decline
participation in any such promotional activities.
16. Hollywoodbets and its authorised agents reserve the right to vary, suspend, postpone or
terminate the competition and any prizes which have not already been won, or any aspect
thereof, for any reasons whatsoever and without notice. In such event, you hereby waive any
rights or expectations, which you may have against Hollywoodbets or its authorised agents
and acknowledge that you will not have any recourse or claim of any nature against
Hollywoodbets or its authorised agents.
17. Every entrant participating in the competition shall be deemed to have acknowledged and
accepted these terms and conditions by virtue of their participation.
18. This competition is closed to any persons who are directors, members, partners, employees,
agents or consultants of Hollywoodbets or any other person who directly or indirectly controls
or is controlled by Hollywoodbets or marketing service providers, or spouses, life partners,
business partners or immediate family members of all the above.
19. By entering and participating and/or accepting any prize, the entrants, participants, users
and/or winners hereby indemnify, release and hold harmless Hollywoodbets (including its
subsidiaries, associate companies and affiliates), its directors, employees, agents, suppliers
and contractors from and against any actions, claims and/or liability for injury, loss, damage,
expense, claim and/or damages of any kind resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly,
from participation in the competition, and/or the use, acceptance or possession of a prize,
and/or participation (or non-participation) in a prize-related activity.
20. Self-excluded persons may not enter the competition.
