SPINOMENAL TOURNAMENT OF CHAMPIONS-Terms and Conditions

1. Participants must be over the age of 18 years to participate in the competition.
2. The total value of the prizes for the campaign will be R 500 000.
3. The campaign runs from 11 Nov – 08 Dec 2024
4. To qualify, participants must spend a minimum of R2 on Spinomenal games to climb the
leaderboard.
5. If the minimum bet amount is unavailable, the next higher available bet size in the game will
qualify.
6. Points will be calculated as follows:
 Where each appearance of the displayed collectible symbol on any reel rewards
you with 1 point. For example, if 3 collectible symbols appear on the reels after a
spin, you will be rewarded with 3 points. Points received are summed up throughout
the tournament period. The more points you collect, the higher your position on the
leaderboard.
 We will collect the highest-paying symbols for every game except for Hollywoodbets
– Joker Win, where we will collect the Hollywoodbets logo symbol.
 The more points you accumulate, the higher your position on the leaderboard.
 The leaderboard will update approximately every 5 – 10 seconds.
7. The campaign will be run on selected games by Spinomenal.
8. Should participants finish in the top 190 of the leaderboards, they would win a share of R125
000 each week per phase.
9. Prize Breakdown is for each phase of the competition as per the leaderboard.
10. The winners will be based on leaderboard positioning.
11. Malfunctions and errors may void all play and pays.
12. Each player will get a personal tournament ID for the leaderboard.

15. By entering the competition, you agree:

16. Hollywoodbets and its authorized agents reserve the right to vary, suspend, postpone or terminate
the competition and any prizes which have not already been won, or any aspect thereof, for any
reasons whatsoever and without notice. In such event, you hereby waive anyrights or expectations,
which you may have against Hollywoodbets or its authorized agents and acknowledge that you will
not have any recourse or claim of any nature against Hollywoodbets or its authorized agents.

18. This competition is closed to any persons who are directors, members, partners, employees, agents
or consultants of Hollywoodbets or any other person who directly or indirectly controlsor is controlled
by Hollywoodbets or marketing service providers, or spouses, life partners, business partners or
immediate family members of all the above.
19. By entering and participating and/or accepting any prize, the entrants, participants, users and/or
winners hereby indemnify, release and hold harmless Hollywoodbets (including its subsidiaries,
associate companies and affiliates), its directors, employees, agents, suppliers and contractors from
and against any actions, claims and/or liability for injury, loss, damage, expense, claimand/or damages
of any kind resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly,from participation in the competition,

20. Self-excluded persons may not enter the competition.
