Kaizer Chiefs lose first of the season

Daniel Akpeyi came off his line and brought down Charlton Mashumba in the box conceding a penalty for Chiefs that Jabulani Maluleke confidently put away in the 15th minute. Polokwane were left defending for their lives but Chibwe put on a great goalkeeping display that won him a man of the match award against the PSL log leaders.

Tammy Abraham makes history

Tammy Abraham became the first player to score a hat trick and an own goal in the history of the Premier League and the youngest Chelsea player to score a hat-trick for the club.

Abraham guided Chelsea to their second win of the season.

Norwich stun Man City

Norwich City scored their first two goals in the opening half-hour against the Premier League champions. City pulled back with a goal from Aguero 30 seconds before the break. Pukki made it three when Otamendi was caught napping in his box and Emiliano Buendía stole the ball from him and squared it to the Finn who prodded home. Despite conceding late, the Canaries held on for a famous win.

Tyson Fury gets nasty gash in win over Otto Wallin 

Tyson Fury continued his preparations for his Deontay Wilder rematch when he won on decision against Otto Wallin. Fury suffered a nasty cut above his right eye that caused a scare for the Gypsy King. Fury won 116-112, 117-111 and 118-110 to retain his lineal heavyweight belt and later called out Wilder for a rematch.
