TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. The competition runs between 30 March 2020 00:00 – 3 April 2020 23:59.
2. Cut-off time for entries is 23:59 on 3 April 2020.
3. Contestants must be over the age of 18 to participate in the competition.
4. A customer must place an Electronic Soccer League bet to the minimum value of R5 or more on his/her online betting account in order to qualify for the draw.
5. Prizes include betting vouchers, 5 betting vouchers valued at R100 each daily to be won for 5 days, so in total 25 winners each receiving R100.
6. Losing entries will not be carried forward to the next draw.
7. The winners will be selected randomly via a draw from all valid entries.
8. 5 winners for the R100 betting vouchers will be selected daily.
9. Prizes are non-transferrable.
10. Entries are not limited; in order to qualify for a draw, you will need to have entered for the draw by having a qualifying bet the previous day e.g. bet today on 30 March 2020 to qualify for the 31 March 2020 draw.
11. The R100 betting voucher won daily by five winners will be deposited into their Hollywoodbets betting accounts. If the winners do not have a Hollywoodbets betting account one will be opened for them. These vouchers must be turned over once at odds of 5/10 (0.5) or greater before withdrawing.
12. Draws to select the winners will take place by a Hollywoodbets Team Support Office Member and supervised by an internal auditor.
13. All winners will be announced between 10am – 1pm on the day of the draw.
14. By entering the competition, you agree:
a. that Hollywoodbets may collect and process your personal information for the purposes of the competition; and
b. to receiving communication from Hollywoodbets’ sponsors and partners.
c. to take part in reasonable post-event publicity and to the use of your names and photographs in such publicity, subject to the winner’s right to decline participation in any such promotional activities.
15. A person may not win more than one prize for the duration of the competition.
16. Hollywoodbets and its authorised agents reserve the right to vary, suspend, postpone or terminate the competition and any prizes which have not already been won, or any aspect thereof, for any reasons whatsoever and without notice. In such an event, you hereby waive any rights or expectations, which you may have against Hollywoodbets or its authorised agents and acknowledge that you will not have any recourse or claim of any nature against Hollywoodbets or its authorised agents.
17. Every entrant participating in the competition shall be deemed to have acknowledged and accepted these terms and conditions by virtue of their participation.
18. This competition is closed to any persons who are directors, members, partners, employees, agents or consultants of Hollywoodbets or any other person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by Hollywoodbets or marketing service providers, or spouses, life partners, business partners or immediate family members of all the above.
19. This competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Facebook, Twitter or Instagram.
20. By entering and participating and/or accepting any prize, the entrants, participants, users and/or winners hereby indemnify, release and hold harmless Hollywoodbets (including its subsidiaries, associate companies, and affiliates), its directors, employees, agents, suppliers, and contractors from and against any actions, claims and/or liability for injury, loss, damage, expense, claim and/or damages of any kind resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from participation in the competition, and/or the use, acceptance or possession of a prize, and/or participation (or non-participation) in a prize-related activity.
