TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. The competition runs between 30 July 2020 00:00 – 23 August 2020 23:59.
2. Cut-off time for entries is 23h59 on 23 August 2020.
3. Contestants must be over the age of 18 to participate in the competition and have a valid Hollywoodbets account.
4. A customer must place a Fantasy League Betting UEFA Champions League bet between 30 July 2020 00:00 – 23 August 2020 23:59, bet any amount, on his/her online betting account and opt in on the promotions page once for all their qualifying bets to be entered in order to be eligible for the draw and stand a chance to win the R1 500 Hollywoodbets betting voucher.
5. All entries will go into the draw for the R1 500 Hollywoodbets betting voucher at the end of the competition period, which will be drawn on 24 August 2020.
6. Entries are unlimited.
7. The winner will be selected randomly via a draw from all valid entries.
8. The winner is limited to one prize only throughout the competition.
9. Winner will be announced on 24 August 2020 once the draw has been completed.
10. Prize breakdown: 1 x R1 500 Hollywoodbets betting voucher.
11. The voucher must be turned over once at odds of 5/10 (0.5) or greater before withdrawing.
12. All draws will be done by a Hollywoodbets Team Member supervised by an internal auditor.
13. The prize winner needs to have a valid Hollywoodbets account in order to claim their prize.
14. The winner will be notified via phone call.
15. A betting voucher will be put into the winner’s Hollywoodbets account automatically.
16. By entering the competition, you agree:
a. that Hollywoodbets may collect and process your personal information for the purposes of the competition; and
b. to receiving communication from Hollywoodbets’ sponsors and partners.
c. to take part in reasonable post-event publicity and to the use of your name and photographs in such publicity, subject to the winner’s right to decline participation in any such promotional activities.

Hollywoodbets and its authorised agents reserve the right to vary, suspend, postpone or terminate the competition and any prizes which have not already been won, or any aspect thereof, for any reasons whatsoever and without notice. In such event, you hereby waive any rights or expectations, which you may have against Hollywoodbets or its authorised agents and acknowledge that you will not have any recourse or claim of any nature against Hollywoodbets or its authorised agents.
18. Every entrant participating in the competition shall be deemed to have acknowledged and accepted these terms and conditions by virtue of their participation.

This competition is closed to any persons who are directors, members, partners, employees, agents or consultants of Hollywoodbets or any other person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by Hollywoodbets or marketing service providers, or spouses, life partners, business partners or immediate family members of all the above.

21. By entering and participating and/or accepting any prize, the entrants, participants, users and/or winners hereby indemnify, release and hold harmless Hollywoodbets (including its subsidiaries, associate companies and affiliates), its directors, employees, agents, suppliers and contractors from and against any actions, claims and/or liability for injury, loss, damage, expense, claim and/or damages of any kind resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from participation in the competition, and/or the use, acceptance or possession of a prize, and/or participation (or non-participation) in a prize-related activity.
