Saturday 18 July

Hellas Verona 11/2
Draw 4/1
Atalanta 4/10
Verona are winless in their last four games and they face one of the best teams in the league in Atalanta. The visitors are unbeaten in their last 15 games across all competitions and their resolve manifested itself when they came back from 2-0 down to salvage a 2-2 draw against table topping Juventus and followed it up with a 6-2 rout of Brescia. I’m including an Atalanta win in all my multiples to fatten them up.

Cagliari 2/1
Draw 11/4
Sassuolo 23/20
This should be another easy game to call with Cagliari heading into the clash off the back of a five-match winless run while Sassuolo are on a seven-match unbeaten streak. They came back from 2-0 down to end up playing a 3-3 draw against Juventus the last time out. Back the visiting team to amass maximum points here.

AC Milan 5/10
Draw 34/10
Bologna 47/10
AC Milan are enduring an eight-match unbeaten run having won half of those games. On the other hand, Bologna are winless in the last three games. Gattusso’s men are playing at home and they’re tied on points with Napoli who are in a Europa League spot above them. Get on AC Milan to win this one and possibly climb above Napoli on the table.

Sunday 19 July

Parma 2/1
Draw 19/10
Sampdoria 16/10
Parma might be two positions above 14th-placed Sampdoria but their form has been atrocious in recent weeks which has seen them plummet to 12th. The hosts have lost five of their last six games while the visitors have won four games in the same period. Go with form here and back Sampdoria.

Fiorentina 19/20
Draw 49/20
Torino 28/10
This is a battle of two teams who have been indifferent since the return of football. As far as recent form is concerned, both teams have won two of their last five games. However, Fiorentina have a better record having remained unbeaten in four consecutive games. I’m leaning towards the hosts.

Genoa 17/20
Draw 28/10
Lecce 28/10
This is a huge relegation dogfight clash with Genoa placed one point above the relegation zone and below them is their opponents, Lecce. Both teams have won once and lost three times in the last five games. There’s nothing to choose between these two sides and I’ll put my money on the draw.

Brescia 13/10
Draw 49/20
Spal 39/20
Both teams are deep in the relegation zone with no hope whatsoever of surviving. Brescia who come off the back of a 6-2 thrashing by Atalanta are eight points off safety while their opponents are 10 points adrift of 17th-placed Genoa. I foresee a draw in this encounter.

Napoli 5/10
Draw 33/10
Udinese 11/2
Napoli are placed 6th and are tied on points with AC Milan who are just below them and they can’t afford to drop points. Udinese are seven points adrift of 18th-placed Lecce and will be looking to steer clear of relegation trouble. The hosts should be too strong for a struggling side.

Roma 39/20
Draw 26/10
Inter Milan 5/4
Roma have recently turned their fortunes around, winning three consecutive games and they face a team that might have a slight chance of competing for the league title in Inter who are six points adrift of top-placed Juventus. Inter are looking to win and hope Lazio takes points off Juventus. The visitors need it more and they should triumph.

Monday 20 July

Juventus 13/20
Draw 3/1
Lazio 15/4
Juventus are six points clear at the summit of the Serie A standings and they have dropped seven valuable points in the last three games, giving up three 2-0 leads in the process. Lazio have now dropped to fourth and it might be too late to stage a scintillating challenge for the title but they still pose a serious threat to any opponent they come up against. I’ll stick with my safest option of backing Ronaldo to score anytime and it’s priced up at 7/10.

Quad @7/1
Atalanta Win 4/10
AC Milan Win 5/10
Napoli Win 5/10
Inter Win 5/4
