Mamelodi Sundowns will face Golden Arrows in the MTN8 semi-finals while Cape Town City take on Swallows FC.
The draw for the last four was conducted after the final whistle of the fourth quarter-final where Cape Town City defeated AmaZulu 2-1.
Mamelodi Sundowns had beaten Kaizer Chiefs earlier on Sunday with a 2-1 penalty shootout win after the match had ended 2-2.
On Saturday, Golden Arrows defeated SuperSport United 4-3 on penalties following their 2-2 draw.
Swallows FC progressed to the semis with their 2-1 victory away to Orlando Pirates.
