Orlando Pirates have secured their place in the Group Stage of the CAF Confederation Cup group stage.
The Buccaneers were 2-0 up from the first leg of their Play-off round clash with LPRC Oilers.
The Liberan side have, however, now withdrawn from the competition, leaving Bucs to advance.
The second leg of their Play-off was set to take place at the Orlando Stadium on Sunday, but the Liberian FA have confirmed the Oilers’ position.
A Confederation of African Football statement read: “CAF has received a letter from the Liberia FA confirming the withdrawal of LPRC Oilers from the TotalEnergies CAF Confederation Cup this season.
“Consequently, this weekend’s scheduled fixture between Orlando Pirates and LPRC Oilers has been cancelled in accordance to the Regulations of the competition.”
