The Namibian striker was on target for Mamelodi Sundowns in their 3-0 win over TS Galaxy, along with Mosa Lebusa and Thabiso Kutumela.

Shalulile opened his account in the MTN8 quarter-final penalty shootout win over Kaizer Chiefs, before scoring again against Amakhosi in the 2-0 DStv Premiership win.

Up next for the club is an eagerly awaited league clash with Orlando Pirates on Saturday.

Reflecting on Sundowns’ most recent victory, Shalulie said on KickOff: “For me, it’s just to work hard for the team, the reward is what you saw happened when you score.

“I’m just here to work hard and improve my football and we move on to the next one.”

Shalulile added that his strike partner also played a part in his goal.

“I was told to keep my composure by Kermit Erasmus. He said if a striker keeps their composure you have a 99% chance of scoring a goal. That’s what happened today,” he said.
