Everton’s players will not let a 10-point deduction by the Premier League affect their performances, striker Dominic Calvert-Lewin said.
Everton became the first Premier League club to be deducted points for breaching financial sustainability rules just last week.
Despite the bad news that Everton has had to add on, the players will not let this affect their performances.
The club’s star striker Dominic Calvert-Lewin has seen the mood in camp being lifted higher more than ever due to this situation.
“I expect the weekend to be no different, if not more electric. I think, given the circumstances, I’ve sensed a lot of unity and togetherness”, says Calvert-Lewin.

Everton’s director of football, Kevin Thelwell, said that Everton will use the deduction as “additional fuel” in the remainder of their campaign.
Everton, who narrowly avoided relegation in the last two seasons, have four wins and a draw from their last seven league games.
The Toffees take on Manchester United on Sunday who are also returning from the international break at the back of a 1-0 against Luton Town.
