Nduna though has explained that Gallants inherited the debt after buying the status of Moroka Swallows.

Musonda saw his contract prematurely terminated by Swallows and subsequently went to FIFA.

Nduna told FARPost: “On Wednesday, we received communication from FIFA with regard to the transfer ban.

“But I must also indicate that it’s something that happened during the Moroka Swallows era. But the FIFA ban has been imposed on us because we bought that status.

“At the moment, we are busy looking at it. So we also assure our supporters that this will be dealt with accordingly.

“So it was basically between him [Mwape Musonda] and Swallows. When we took over from Moroka Swallows, he was not playing for them at that stage.”

“Unfortunately, now that we have taken over, we have to deal with it. We will deal with it in a professional way, and our supporters don’t need to panic.

“But I can’t speak about solving the issue at a specific time but it will be done accordingly. In January, it should have been resolved.”
