“We are expecting Kaizer Chiefs to come with guns blazing. They are a team that wouldn’t want to lose two games in a row, and they are not playing bad football. In some games, they have just been unlucky,” said Seema.

Sekhukhune United head into the encounter in excellent form, having gone five games unbeaten, with three wins and two draws. This run has propelled them to fourth place on the log with 23 points from 12 matches.

“We are not going to be complacent. We know it’s going to be a very difficult game. We are working very hard, and we just want to make sure we keep on grinding for results,” the Sekhukhune mentor added.

Seema expressed his gratitude to Sekhukhune’s growing fan base, whose support has been a source of motivation for the team.

“I will never stop mentioning the supporters because I can see the numbers are growing (at the games),” he said.

On the other hand, Chiefs have struggled for consistency, recording two wins, two losses, and one draw in their last five matches. They currently sit in seventh place with 18 points from 13 games.

The match promises to be a closely contested battle, with Chiefs looking to regain their footing and Sekhukhune aiming to maintain their impressive form. Both teams have much to fight for as the league enters a critical phase.
