Golden Arrows 3-2 Cape Town City

Themba Mantshiyane gave Arrows an early lead after opening the scoring at Mpumalanga Stadium after nine minutes.

Ryan Moon added a second in the 15th minute, as Gabriel Amato (54′) and Amadou Soukouna (64′) both netted for City, Nqobeko Dlamini’s 74th-minute strike secured all three points for Arrows.

The result lifted Mabhuti Khanyeza’s charges into sixth place on 13 points and left City in 11th place with eight points.

Polokwane City 1-1 TS Galaxy

Dzenan Zajmovic scored his fourth goal for the Rockets at the end of the first half at the Old Peter Mokaba Stadium as the club looked to build on their recent first win of the season under new head coach Adnan Beganovic, but Sibusiso Tshabalala had other ideas with an 84th-minute equaliser.

City are in fifth place with 14 points from nine games, while the Rockets are down in 14th with six points from eight matches.

Chippa United 2-0 Magesi FC

Sinoxolo Kwayiba scored a brace as Chippa United secured a win over Magesi at the Buffalo City Municipality Stadium on Saturday.

The win sees Chippa maintain their lofty fourth position in the standings after nine matches played in the early part of the season.

Orlando Pirates 0-1 Stellenbosch FC

Orlando Pirates suffered their first league defeat of the Betway Premiership season with a 1-0 reverse to Stellenbosch on Sunday.

Devin Titus scored the only goal of the match at the Orlando Stadium after 33 minutes to lift his side into third place on the Betway Premiership standings with 15 points from eight games.
