Billiat has been a free agent since his departure from the Soweto giants after the expiration of his contract in July 2023.
Zimbabwe publication, the Chronicle have reported that the attacker is set to complete a return to his homeland imminently.
The 33-year-old had been linked with numerous DStv Premiership sides, including Cape Town City alongside a potential overseas move to Saudi Arabia.
The report suggests that Billiat will land in the country on Thursday ahead of completing a move and will wear the number 12 jersey.
Former SuperSport United attacker Kudakwashe Mahachi is set to join Billiat in completing a move to Dynamos.
The imminent double signing comes as a huge signal of intent for Dynamos who will be aiming to lift their first league title since 2014.
