Domingo made his Premier Soccer League debut under Gavin Hunt’s now-defunct Bidvest Wits in 2018.

However, before he kicked a ball in South Africa, Domingo had already established himself as a regular player at Portuguese side Vitoria Guimaraes.

The 28-year-old spent three seasons at Guimaraes where he made close to 60 appearances in the Liga Pro between 2015 and 2018.

A season before Wits were sold to Tshakhuma Tsha Madzivhandila, Domingo was snatched by Mamelodi Sundowns where he went on to win three league titles and a couple of domestic cups.

After falling out of favour at Chloorkop, the attacking midfielder joined Moroccan giants Raja Casablanca as a free agent and won the Botola Pro title under former Orlando Pirates mentor Jozef Zinnbauer.

Domingo last played for Raja in February this year and it was later revealed that the club and the player were embroiled in a financial dispute. He has now found a new home under Eric Tinkler’s Citizens.
