There were some classy performances throughout but if I could name a Player of the Week, it would be none other than Teemu Pukki. The Finnish 29-year-old bagged a hat-trick in Norwich’s 3-1 victory over Newcastle last Saturday afternoon.
But enough about individual brilliance, this is about a special group of players each selected for different reasons. Let’s take a look at Hollywoodbets’ best EPL 11 from matchday two.
There were only two clean sheets out of 10 games, hence, why the defence and goalkeeper positions are made up of Sheffield United and Everton players. Dani Ceballos earned his spot with a Man of the Match performance for the Gunners, while the talented Kevin De Bruyne added to his assist tally with another two.
Sadio Mané and Erik Lamela both scored and assisted one each with Liverpool edging Southampton 2-1 and Tottenham playing to a well-deserved 2-2 draw at Manchester City. Upfront, Teemu Pukki and Chicharito lead the line with the latter earning his team a point against Brighton last weekend.
