Ndlovu left Maritzburg at the end of last season to join the Buccanneers but has enjoyed precious little game time at the Buccanneers, fuelling he could return to the Team of Choice on loan.

And Tinkler was in no mood to talk about the speculation with his focus firmly fixed on the Kwazulu-Natal derby with AmaZulu on Friday night.

“I’m here to answer about the AmaZulu FC game,” the Maritzburg mentor told KickOff.

“It all about man-management, talking to the players, making them aware that they have a responsibility, they are professional footballers,” Tinkler said.

“They need to apply themselves in the correct manner. There’s always going to be rumours, the press like to claim the source, there are many sources, but you’ve just got to deal with it.

“I think players have been in the game for long enough to know what to believe and what not to believe.
