It is immediately apparent that this game is Chinese-themed. Beautiful glowing lanterns adorn traditional Chinese shrines with the game area flanked by an Imperial guardian lion to the left and a dragon on the right.
A cheery, light-hearted soundtrack rounds off a beautifully immersive first impression. Looking at the game reels, players are greeted with familiar 9, 10, J, Q, K and A low win symbols. The more unfamiliar tiles that players see are the high win symbols which take the form of orange, pink, yellow, purple and green lions.

Dance with Lions feature
In terms of mechanics, 5 Lucky Lions keeps things nice and simple as evidenced by the “Dance with Lions” feature. This feature is triggered when three or more of the red and gold pots appear anywhere across the reels.
Once this happens, you’ll be prompted to select one of five different lions. Depending on your choice, you will be awarded 8, 10, 12, 15 or 18 free games. During this free play phase, the lion that you selected will be the only lion symbol to appear throughout the feature. Before each game, four of your selected lion are stacked on a random reel.
