TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Spina Zonke Competition
1 August – 30 September 2021
1. The Spina Zonke Competition (“the Competition”) runs from 1 August 2021 at 00:00 to 30 September 2021 at 23:59 (“the promotional period”).
2. In order to participate in the Competition, contestants must take a total of R50 in spins per day on Spina Zonke online and opt in once on the promotions page (“qualifying entries”).
3. Winners could win a 325i Gusheshe and their share of R100 000 in betting vouchers (“the prize”).
4. For the betting vouchers, one winner will be selected randomly via a draw from all qualifying entries over 60 days (1 August – 29 September) to win their share of the R100 000, in varying amounts.
5. All qualifying entries made during the promotional period will also be an additional entry into the draw for the car.
6. One winner for the car will be selected randomly via a draw from all qualifying entries.
7. The draw for the car will take place on 1 October 2021.
8. Draws to select the winners will take place at the Hollywoodbets Team Support office supervised by an internal auditor.
9. The winners will be contacted on the above dates and Hollywoodbets will make arrangements to hand over the prize.
10. The betting voucher prize will be deposited directly into the winner’s Hollywoodbets account.
11. These vouchers must be turned over once at odds of 5/10 (0.5) or greater before being withdrawn.
12. Contestants must be over the age of 18 years to participate in the Competition.
13. Entries are not limited.
14. Prizes are non-transferable.
15. Hollywoodbets will not insure the car.
16. Hollywoodbets is not responsible for any warranties, maintenance or services or any other potential liability relating to the car.
17. The car will be branded for 6 months in Hollywoodbets branding.
18. The winner must allow Hollywoodbets a reasonable time period to arrange for the car to be ordered, registered and licensed in his/her name and must provide Hollywoodbets with all information and original documentation required for this purpose, including an Identity Document together with a valid driver’s license in respect of the winner or his or her nominated driver.
19. Hollywoodbets will only cover the cost of flat-bedding the vehicle to a major centre within South Africa (Durban, Johannesburg, Cape Town and Port Elizabeth) where the winner will need to collect the prize, unless otherwise agreed upon.
20. By entering the Competition, you agree:
– that Hollywoodbets may collect and process your personal information for the purposes of the Competition;
– to receiving communication from Hollywoodbets’ sponsors and partners;
– to take part in reasonable post-event publicity and to the use of your names and photographs in such publicity, subject to the winner’s right to decline participation in any such promotional activities.
21. A person may win only one betting voucher prize. They can however win a betting voucher and still be eligible to win the car.
22. Hollywoodbets and its authorised agents reserve the right to vary, suspend, postpone or terminate the Competition and any prizes which have not already been won, or any aspect thereof, for any reasons whatsoever and without notice. In such event, you hereby waive any rights or expectations, which you may have against Hollywoodbets or its authorised agents and acknowledge that you will not have any recourse or claim of any nature against Hollywoodbets or its authorised agents.
23. Every entrant participating in the Competition shall be deemed to have acknowledged and accepted these terms and conditions by virtue of their participation.
24. This Competition is closed to any persons who are directors, members, partners, employees, agents or consultants of Hollywoodbets or any other person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by Hollywoodbets or marketing service providers, or spouses, life partners, business partners or immediate family members of all of the above.
25. By entering and participating and/or accepting any prize, the entrants, participants, users
and/or winners hereby indemnify, release and hold harmless Hollywoodbets (including its subsidiaries, associate companies and affiliates), its directors, employees, agents, suppliers and contractors from and against any actions, claims and/or liability for injury, loss, damage, expense, claim and/or damages of any kind resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from participation in the Competition, and/or the use, acceptance or possession of a prize, and/or participation (or non-participation) in a prize-related activity.
26. Self-excluded persons may not enter the Competition.
27. Entrants, by virtue of participation, understand that information provided is collected by Hollywoodbets, in terms of its Customer Privacy notice that can be found at https://www.hollywoodbets.net/StoredPage.aspx?page=Privacy.
28. In the event of a dispute, individuals may contact their respective gambling authorities.
