Mamelodi Sundowns have confirmed the signing of TS Galaxy midfielder Bathusi Aubaas.
Aubaas, who has recently been recognised at international level, joins a host of other Bafana Bafana teammates in a star-studded Brazilians lineup.
The 28-year-old put pen to paper on Wednesday two days before Downs’ DStv Premiership opener against Sekhukhune United on Friday.
“One thing I want to achieve is win a lot of titles, I am not here to relax, I am here to work and learn. I am here to compete,” Aubaas said.
He was handed his Bafana Bafana debut in the 2-1 Africa Cup of Nations victory over Morocco in Morocco on the strength of his performances last season.
Aubaas joins Thapelo Maseko (SuperSport United), Junior Mendieta (Stellenbosch), Lesiba Nku (Marumo Gallants) and Lucas Ribeiro (Beveren, Belgium) as new signings at the club in this transfer window.
