15/20 Reims | Draw 26/10 | Strasbourg 33/10 (22:00)

Patrick Viera will be scratching his head at the way his team has been playing in recent weeks. They have not won a league match since September and have fallen to the bottom-end of the table where they are currently two points from the relegation spots. But their next game is against 5th Reims who have also failed to win in their last two matches. I think both sides need three points here, and Reims to snatch the win at 15/20.

Saturday, 02 December

15/20 Lens | Draw 28/10 | Lyon 34/10 (18:00)

Olympic Lyon just cannot get their season going. They beat Rennes to record their first win of the campaign but couldn’t build on that as they lost to Lille in their last outing. Lens is their next opponent away from home and the visitors will not be favored to get anything out of this encounter. Go for the Home win for Lens – 15/20.

26/10 Nantes | Draw 47/20 | Nice 1/1 (22:00)

Title-challengers Nice take on Nantes at home in the last game of the Saturday action. The hosts are clear underdogs ahead of this one having won just one game in their last five. Meanwhile, Nice have been near perfect and are one point away from league leaders PSG. I think it’s a clear win for Nice at 1/1.

Sunday, 03 December

6/1 Le Havre | Draw 4/1 | PSG 7/20 (14:00)

Log leaders PSG visit Le Havre who sit in 8th spot after their draw with Nantes on Sunday. The visitors come here at the back of an impressive run where they have scored three or more goals to win their last five league encounters. Le Havre are in for a long night at the Stade Oceane because Paris is tipped for a straight win here at 7/20.

21/20 Toulouse | Draw 47/20 | Lorient 49/20 (16:00)

Lorient take on Toulouse away from home on Sunday as both these sides look to shoot out of the relegation zone. They bot have not won a league game in their last four attempts, but Lorient will be more concerned at the high number of goals conceded in just 13 games played. Toulouse to score first here at 15/20.

17/20 Brest | Draw 5/2 | Clermont Foot 31/10 (16:00)

Strugglers Clermont Foot face Stade Brest away from home as they look to snatch a win and maybe jump out of the drop zone. Brest ended a 3-game losing streak when they defeated Montpellier on Sunday, and I expect them to fancy another win here against Clermont. Brest to lead at Half-time at 29/20.

6/10 Monaco | Draw 33/10 | Montpellier 38/10 (16:00)

Monaco have recorded 2 wins and 2 defeats in their last 5 games ahead of their home encounter with 14th Montpellier who were thumped by Brest in their last outing. The home side lead the pack for most of the opening weeks but have just dropped their performances a bit with PSG and Nice leapfrogging them. But this should be a comfortable win for them at home – 6/10.

7/20 LOSC | Draw 38/10 | Metz 13/2 (18:05)

Metz have done well to win their last two league encounters against Nantes and Lorient, but their next game is away to Lille and it promises to be a cracker! Both sides have been remarkable in recent weeks, with Lille unbeaten in their last five games. I see a Draw here, but Lille to score first – 1/3.

17/20 Marseille | Draw 26/10 | Rennes 28/10 (21:45)

Rennes and Marseille sit in the middle of the table ahead of their encounter at the Stade Velodrome on Sunday. Both teams have been inconsistent in their results and have one win in five games played. But Rennes will be slight favorites to bag a win here after putting three goals passed Reims in their last outing. Go for the away win – 28/10.
