Everton’s Maupay completes move to Marseille

Neal Maupay has left Everton to join Marseille on loan for 2024/25, with the French club having an obligation to buy the forward at the end of the season.

Maupay moves to the Ligue 1 side after spending 2023/24 on loan at Brentford. The 28-year-old Frenchman joined Everton in August 2022, making 32 appearances and scoring one goal.

Wolves complete Johnstone capture

Wolves have signed England international goalkeeper Sam Johnstone from Crystal Palace. The 31-year-old, who has signed a four-year contract at Molineux, leaves Selhurst Park after two seasons.

Ivan Toney to complete Saudi move

Al Ahli have agreed a whopping £40 million deal with Brentford to sign Ivan Toney.

Al-Ahli also has booked a medical for Victor Osimhen.

A €68m plus add-ons offer has been accepted by Napoli. Total could be worth close to €80m. Osimhen has agreed on financials worth €160m over four years.

It is the final opportunity for clubs to sign players and strengthen their squads until the next transfer window

Can signings be made after the deadline?

Deals can still be announced after the deadline. That is because clubs have a two-hour period after 23:00 BST to complete a signing, if they have submitted a deal sheet ahead of the deadline.
