1. Participants must be over the age of 18 years and have a valid Hollywoodbets account to participate in the competition.
2. The Prizes includes:

3. The total value of the prizes for the campaign will be R400 000.
4. The campaign would run in two phases.
5. Phase 1 would run between the 08th and 21st of September
6. Phase 2 would take place on the 27th of September 2024.
7. To qualify, participants would be required to bet a minimum of R50.00 or more on selected Pragmatic Play Live Casino games to earn points and climb the leaderboard.
8. If the minimum bet amount is unavailable, the next higher available bet size in the game will qualify.
9. Points will be calculated as follows:
• Your WIN divided by your BET multiplied by 1 000. (All amounts will be converted to USD before points calculation)
• For Example, if a client bets R50 and wins R100 the points would be calculated as (R100 in USD/R50 in USD) *1 000
• Points may vary due to the fluctuations in the currency exchange rate.

12. Prize Breakdown for the online tournament is as follows:

• Position 2 – R75 000 in cash

• Position 16 to 30 – R2 000 each in cash

13. For phase 2, 7 participants will be randomly chosen from the leaderboard and invited to participate for a chance to win 1 of seven appliances.
14. The terms and conditions for phase 2 are as follows:
1. After the completion of the online tournament, a draw will be conducted by a Hollywoodbets team support team member and overseen by an auditor to randomly select 7 participants for phase 2 of the campaign.
2. Phase 2 of the campaign will take place on the 27th of September at The Pearls in Umhlanga.
3. The selected clients will participate in a real-life tournament which will last 60 minutes and after the stipulated time, will be awarded prizes based on the below prize breakdown:
• First Prize – A Smeg 130L White Free-Standing Refrigerator
• Second Prize – A Swiss 526 mm Satin Black Dual Zone Wine Cooler
• Third Prize – A Karcher Robot Vacuum Cleaner

• Sixth Prize – An Instant Pot Vortex Plus VersaZone 8.5L
• Seventh Prize – A Totai 3 Panel Gas Heater
4. Each participant may only win 1 of the listed prizes and may not exchange this for its cash value
5. The tournament will be conducted using a standard roulette table
6. Each participant will be provided with a set amount of chips at the start of the tournament.
7. Chips hold no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other items. All chips are provided for the purpose of the tournament and hold no real-world value.
8. Participants are not allowed to purchase additional chips or exchange chips for money.
9. Detailed terms and conditions for phase 2 of the campaign will be explained to the 7 participants prior to the commencement of phase 2.
15. Malfunctions and errors may void all play and pays.
16. Each player will get a personal tournament ID for the leaderboard.
17. Winners will be notified on the following dates:
• Cash Prize Winners – 22nd September 2024
• Phase 2 participants – 22nd September 2024
18. The cash prizes will be deposited directly into the winner’s Hollywoodbets accounts, and it may be withdrawn.
19. Clients who have been selected for phase 2 of the campaign will be notified via phone call. Should the person not answer or fail to respond via SMS or email within 2 business days, will forfeit the prize and a new winner will be drawn.
20. All winners of the cash prizes will be notified via SMS.
21. The rules, terms, and conditions of the tournament can be changed at any time according to Pragmatic Play and Hollywoodbets sole discretion.
22. All images depicted on advertising material related to the promotion is purely for advertising purposes and prizes may not match this.
23. In the event of a dispute, individuals should consult the company’s general terms and conditions paragraph 2.19, entitled “Dispute Resolution.”

27. Every entrant participating in the competition shall be deemed to have acknowledged and accepted these terms and conditions by virtue of their participation.

By entering and participating and/or accepting any prize, the entrants, participants, users and/or winners hereby indemnify, release and hold harmless Hollywoodbets (including its subsidiaries, associate companies and affiliates), its directors, employees, agents, suppliers and contractors from and against any actions, claims and/or liability for injury, loss, damage, expense, claim and/or damages of any kind resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from participation in the competition, and/or the use, acceptance or possession of a prize, and/or participation (or non-participation) in a prize-related activity.
