AROMATICA is on the verge of winning and is very capable in a race of this nature. Zac Purton has picked up the ride and he may be able to coax a little bit extra out of him where it matters most. JOYFUL LIFE has finished runner-up in his last two starts and should give another good account of himself from barrier 2.

HO HO STAR is knocking on the door and with some luck in running he should be able to notch up his first career win. The only concern is the wide draw. SUPER ELITE finished 1.5 lengths behind SAME TO YOU last time. He is 3kgs better off at the weights and can turn the tables on his recent conqueror.

NEW FUTURE FOLKS caught the eye on debut when beaten half a length. He has trialled well since and should be one of the leading contenders. GLUCK RACER is better than his moderate last start. He drops back to six furlongs and is capable of featuring in this line-up. TRIUMPHANT WARRIOR is next best.
08:30 – Race 4 | Class 4 | 1200m

GENEVA has been costly to follow but he is difficult to oppose on his recent effort behind Super Fortune. Has has placed in all five starts on this course and is holding form well. CHEERFUL WORLD was beaten just under a length on debut. He has been rested for 7 months and would have strengthened up nicely during the break.
09:00 – Race 5 | Class 4 | 1400m

ENJOY GOLF produced a good comeback effort over this course and distance. He will strip much fitter and should deliver another honest performance from a neat draw. ALL RICHES is nicely handicapped. He finished a length behind the winner last time and should be involved in the outcome of this Class 4 contest.
09:35 – Race 6 | Class 4 | 1800m

SPECIAL HEDGE finished a neck behind the winner in his last start. He is nicely weighted and the booking of Zac Purton to ride is a big plus. STORM WINNER was beaten the same margin in his last start. He has showed good improvement in recent outings and the only concern is that he may prefer racing at Happy Valley.
10:05 – Race 7 | Group 3 | 1000m

CALL ME GLORIOUS finished 1.2 lengths behind BEAUTY WAVES last time. The pair meet on similar weight terms and there shouldn’t be too much separating them in the run down to the line. WHIZZ KID finished a neck behind MAJESTIC KNIGHT before the break. He is 2kgs better off at the weights which should be enough to turn the tables.
10:40 – Race 8 | Class 2 | 1400m

PATCH OF THETA racked up four wins last season and showed that he is a nice type. He steps up into Class 2 for the first time and is capable of measuring up. SUPERB BOY has decent form behind Chiu Chow Spirit who has interestingly set the fastest time over this course and distance. COPARTNER PRANCE may be suited to the extra furlong on offer.
11:15 – Race 9 | Class 3 | 1200m

GLORY ELITE finished a length behind the winner in his comeback run. He is likely to adopt frontrunning tactics and definitely represents decent each-way value for Hong Kong racing pundits. PACKING POWER is unbeaten from two starts. He has 4YO Classic aspirations and is a horse worth following. STELLAR EXPRESS is consistent and he can run into the placings.
11:50 – Race 10 | Class 3 | 1400m

WINNING GOLD reeled off back-to-back wins under Keagan de Melo before the break. He steps up into Class 3 for the first time and should be up to the task at hand. THE HEIR showed signs of needing his comeback effort and if putting his best foot forward he can make his presence felt in the lucky last!
