The South African Football Journalists Association (SAFJA) will announce the winner of their Journalist of the Year award on Tuesday 7 July.
SAFJA will today announce the winner of their Journalist of the year award which aims to reward journalist excellence in the football space in South Africa.
The winner of the award will win themselves an all-expenses-paid trip to cover the CAF Champions League final between Kaizer Chiefs and Al Ahly in Casablanca.
The nominees for this award are:
- Hloni Mtimkulu – ENCA
- Daniel Mothowagae – City Prett
- Matshelane Mamabolo – Matshelane Mamabolo Media
- Julia Stuart – SuperSport
- Mothokozisi Mkhonza – Daily Sun
