TWICE AS WILD showed good improvement in her last start over this C&D. She showed pace, but found one too good in the form of Scottadito. She is a progressive type and will strip much fitter. She is likely to race on the speed once again and may be hard to peg back in the run down to the line.

TUSCAN WINTER took on much stronger company in his last start over 1400m on this course. He has finished second once and third once from as many starts over this distance. The son of What A Winter gets the blinkers fitted for the first time which should keep his mind on the task at hand. He takes a drop in class and can notch up his second career victory.

Denis Schwarz takes the ride and the pair may find themselves in the winner’s enclosure.
