TERRA TIME was an easy winner of her last start over 2000m on this course. She quickened up well and found extra where it matters most to hold all challengers at bay. She won a good race in her penultimate start over this C&D. The daughter of Time Thief meets a similar type of field today and can notch up the hat-trick.

OUTOFTHEDARKNESS is the best bet on the programme. He ran a good race when finishing second over 1600m on this course last time. He has won three times, finished second once and third once from six starts on this track. The son of Gimmethegreenlight gets the blinkers fitted for the first time which should keep his mind on the task at hand. From his good draw of four, he can go one better.

Jockey: R Munger – Trainer: A Fortune
MERIDIUS followed up his maiden victory with a good second-place finish over this distance on the Vaal Classic course last time. It must be noted that Feather Boa has come out and won again since. He returns from a 10-week break, during which time he was gelded. The son of Canford Cliffs has ability and if not in need of the run, he should find himself in the winner’s enclosure.

LINGANOMORE has fair recent form lines to her name. She finished third in her penultimate run over this C&D. The daughter of Byword takes a big drop in class and despite carrying top weight of 60kgs, she should return to winning ways.
