Mike Procter previews South Africa’s second Cricket World Cup clash with Australia in Lucknow on Thursday.
Mike Procter on SA v Australia:
“The Proteas take on the old enemy Australia in their second match of the ICC World cup on Thursday and a vital match for both teams. Four teams qualify for the semi-finals in the everyone plays everyone format and a loss for Australia would put them under huge pressure to qualify having lost to India in the opener.
“South Africa will be confident after some brilliant performances, particularly in the last game against a gritty Sri Lankan team. The Proteas are on a bit of a roll with the batters playing some amazing cricket. I feel Australia will have to play very well to overcome a very positive Proteas team.”
