1. The competition runs between 1 November 2021 00:00 – 30 December 2021 23:59.

2. Cut off time for entries is 23:59 on 30 December 2021.

3. Contestants must be over the age of 18 to participate in the competition.

6. Each ticket number can only be entered once.

7. Online customers can place bets on all 13 available Betgames games. Retail customers can place bets on the following Betgames approved games in each region:

8. Entries are not limited. In order to qualify for a draw, you will need to have entered for the draw by having a qualifying bet during the competition period.

9. Customers must take a bet within the competition period to qualify for the draws; losing entries will be carried forward to the next draw.

10. The winners will be selected randomly via a draw from all valid entries.

11. Prizes includes different cash amounts that total R250 000.

12. Eighteen (18) winners will be selected during the competition period – 2 a week, for 9 weeks. On the following dates: 3, 5, 10, 12, 17, 19, 24 and 26 November; 1, 3, 8, 10, 15, 17, 22, 24, 29 and 31 December.

13. Selected winners will need to avail themselves within a day of being contacted to do a Zoom draw where they will select a number 1-18. Each number will reveal a different cash prize amount.

14. It is the winner’s responsibility to follow the prompts of the Zoom call.            

15. If the winner is not able to make the live draw due to being sick / an unforeseen circumstance they can give written consent to a nominee, to attend in their place.

16. If the winner is unable to follow the prompts of the Zoom call, they can go to a Hollywoodbets branch for assistance.

17. Prizes are non-transferable.

18. Cash prize winners need to provide Hollywoodbets with a bank statement (not older than 3 months) and a copy of their identity document in order to claim the prize.

19. Cash prizes will be transferred electronically into the winner’s nominated bank account within 7 days from the date of receipt of the winner’s correct banking details and a copy of the winner’s identity document.

20. Cash prize winners need to provide Hollywoodbets with a bank statement (not older than 3 months) and a copy of their identity document in order to claim the prize.

21. Draws to select the winners will take place at Hollywoodbets Team Support Office supervised by an internal auditor.

22. All winners will be announced at 4pm on the day of the draws.

23. Cash winners have 5 business days from being contacted, to submit their banking details and a copy of their Identity Document to Hollywoodbets to claim their prize.

25. A person may not win more than one prize for the duration of the competition.

Hollywoodbets and its authorised agents reserve the right to vary, suspend, postpone or terminate the competition and any prizes which have not already been won, or any aspect thereof, for any reasons whatsoever and without notice. In such event, you hereby waive any rights or expectations, which you may have against Hollywoodbets or its authorised agents and acknowledge that you will not have any recourse or claim of any nature against Hollywoodbets or its authorised agents.

27. Every entrant participating in the competition shall be deemed to have acknowledged and accepted these terms and conditions by virtue of their participation.

This competition is closed to any persons who are directors, members, partners, employees, agents or consultants of Hollywoodbets or any other person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by Hollywoodbets or marketing service providers, or spouses, life partners, business partners or immediate family members of all the above.
