DIVINE ODYSSEY was ultra-impressive when winning his local debut over 1900m on this course. The manner in which he quickened up and drew clear of the opposition was encouraging. The 7yo gelding meets a similar type of field today and can follow up.

The son of Dynasty continues to drop in the ratings and from his good draw of two, he may be too good for this field.

ZAMBAQ hails from the visiting Justin Snaith stable. She ran a good race when finishing second over 1400m at Kenilworth. Despite jumping inwards at the start, she raced from a handy position before getting outrun late. The daughter of Rafeef is having her peak run today and should be cherry-ripe. If suited to the polytrack surface, she should be the one to beat. MISS NIBBLES was an easy winner of her last start over 1400m on this course. She meets a similar type of field this afternoon and can follow up.

BOLD STRIKE ran a good race when finishing second in his last start over 2000m on this course. Despite racing wide, he moved up well but was outrun in the latter stages. It must be noted that Jacob’s Ladder has come out and won again since. The 5yo gelding tries the 2200m for the first time and if seeing out the extra distance on offer, he can go one better.
