The daughter of Visionaire would have gained from the experience and with the natural improvement that is expected, she should take a power of beating.

PRINCE OF FIRE caught the eye when winning on debut over this distance at Turffontein. The manner in which he finished off his race was impressive. It must be noted that the horse that finished second that day has come out and won since. The son of Gimmethegreenlight takes on stronger, but he could be anything and should be up to the task at hand.
Race 4: CAPTAIN CHORUS (2)

CAPTAIN CHORUS ran a good race when finishing second over 2000m on the Standside course last time. He stayed on nicely at the finish, but found one too good in the form of The Kop. The son of Captain Al should strip a much fitter horse today and can go one better.

GRIMALDI was ultra-impressive when winning his last start over this distance on the Standside course. The son of Dynasty takes a slight rise in class, but he is in a good space and can notch up his third career victory.

MIRACLE AND WONDER is much better than her last start over 1200m. The daughter of Captain Al will enjoy the step up to 1450m as she won her maiden over 1400m. It is encouraging that S’manga Khumalo retains the ride and from her good draw of four, she should be the one to beat.
